I am rejecting this response because: It did not offer any resolutionThe complaint was not regarding using forklifts in general, and the business knows this, as my complaint was very specific regarding the timing and the manner it was performedNot only common sense did not apply in their handling the installation, my written instructions regarding the grass installation that I sent to grass4sale prior to installation were also specific regarding where can they drive, that they also ignoredTheir services and responses are consistently late and unprofessional or never occur. I was assured during our original discussions with Barbara, that our grass would be immediately installed and rolledInstead, the installation started, then after days it stoppedAfter almost a week it was still not complete, although they told me ever day that they would be there- they weren'tAfter such long time it was necessary to lay the remaining pallet ( not half pallet, only a few grass tiles were missing) to avoid further damage to the grass, therefore I had an other contractor lay the last palletGrass4sale kept promising to roll the grass also, most recently by March 7th, that never happenedI requested a refund for the last pallet's installation and asked the grass to be rolled to correct the irregularities on the groundThis was promised, but never delivered.Finally an other contractor was asked to fix the irregularities int he ground and the dead spots in the grass caused by their unprofessional installationThe repair cost $800, and the last pallet istallation price was $This is the amount of damage and overpayment that they should pay.I tried patiently many times contacting them and resolve this issue over the past months, unsuccessfullyIt is really unfortunate, but it explains why they have an F rating on Revdex.com

Interesting how soil and sod was ordered, soil was delivered and both soil and sod was ordered with ECO delivery which does not have a delivery date, then the customer steals the soil by disputing that it was not delivered with credit card and then blames the company for the type of delivery they

We have provided all the services and product that was paid for 100% the customer ordered pallets of grass which was delivered and then the area received rainThe tilling was done and install was done as orderedAnything that was paid for and not done grass4sale is more than happy to come back out and do

I am rejecting this response because: the order was not shipped before I cancelled it as the tracking number showsI'm over it, these people are crooks and sent me a sub par productKeep my money, I don't care but don't lie about when you'll ship and don't lie when it was shippedClose the case, this company sucks!

Order was canceled and refused prior to receiving this complaint

We shipped as customer was informedFriday because he did not see tracing number on the shipping notice he proceeded to go on face book Revdex.com etc claiming lies when nothing was done wrong or whist the agreementCustomer is welcome to call or office as product is good and under warrantyNo contact

Grass4Sale is obviously not reading any email I have sentIf they believe that is acceptable performance, then obviously they have a low standard of customer serviceUnfortunately the only way to resolve this would be disputed credit card chargesBecause they do not appear to be truthful through the Revdex.com site.

I am rejecting this response because:It would seem that they are not taking any of my issue seriously I say this because they are just typing out a quick answer without looking specifically into my concern They even typed the sentence incorrectly...."We warranty will cover what is noted on the web site."Now I know why they have the worst rating possible with the Revdex.com - an F.I still request that a full replacement of the sod, as well as, that they cover the cost to reinstall the new DEL MAR sod

Customer agreed to terms and we delivered on the the day the order was placed and agreed to be delivered and installedFresh grass was delivered on the date ordered for and installer was precent for installation

I am rejecting this response because: There were no weather issues except the first week the delivery was dueThe second weeks the delivery was due there were no weather issuesRegardless the grass delivered to lay in my lawn was dead and an unacceptable product anywayThis company is a scam

I am rejecting this response because:Their response is a canned response. The refund has nothing to do with delays due to weather. Plus I do not see any mention in their response for reimbursement for the cat litter to clean up the oil mess on our street. I basically was scheduled on their terms and date and not mine. When I wanted to pull out of the situation, they would not let me. They strung me along for a week before I received the sod. The delay in delivery was poor planning on their part. If they could not deliver when they promised, then they should have allowed me to reschedule. As I stated before, I had pallets. They had 6-other individuals who had orders for this area with 1-pallets each. The truck could hold pallets. They would not let me out because my order would have comprised half of the shipment. I received emails from several of the other recipients on this delivery who were also not happy with what happened and wanted to sue because of the fiasco. I am not the sue happy type but I feel most companies would want to make the situation right and my request is not much considering the size of my order.

I am rejecting this response because: I am amazed at the prewritten "canned responses." I have called regarding my claim I have emailed regarding my claim I have faxed regarding my claim The company does not answer or return calls That is why I finally contacted the Revdex.com *** *** told me to send her pictures when I told her after I received the sod that I had a lot of pieces of sod that were nothing but weeds She then proceeded to block my email so she would not get them I verified this with another email that I cc'd other people in the companyTheir emails went through but ***'s bounced back I would love to settle, but I am only getting lip service I am also discovering that a lot of my sod is half StAugustine and half Bermuda, which makes me mad I didn't pay over $to lay down trashy grass Normally StAugustine should be able to choke out Bermuda but the StAugustine is so weak in some places, I don't know if that is going to happen I have also done everything as far as watering three times a day, laying down root simulator at the appropriate time, etc I have laid sod before, that is why I know the quality of the product I got is very inferior I was also told before I accepted this shipment to send my request via fax for a refund of the shipping fee I don't know why they would give me the fax number and tell me this if they were not going to refund the fee or even respond in regards to it They seem to have a business procedure of just sending everything to the "round file" with no intention of resolving the problem

Yes, you received shipping notice which means your order WILL show up because its the order you orderedThe insurance from the carrier has your info
