I am rejecting this response because: preparation, installation and maintenance were all done according to the bookgrass4sale has not asked me any questions pertaining to this, therefore, it is quite odd that they make the claim that the terms of the warranty were not met

The grass order that was placed and never canceled was delivered fresh as agreed from the farm on the day and time agreed onThe other services were refunded other than grass and delivery that was not done

The grass was delivered to the customers address as ordered and had a prior delay due to weather as she was informed during the entire process

Yes, we do use forklifts and load machinery to complete jobs. This job was not rolled however we are happy to roll it. The job was not completed and half pallet was left. Everything else was completed 100%. Before the installer could install the half pallet the customer had a person install it...

complete  Both [redacted] and [redacted] made that clear, [redacted] on the phone and [redacted] in writing   [redacted] made clear the order would be cancelled, the sod picked up, and that I would be given a refund for the fraudulent charge.  Despite repeated requests that they follow up, both in writing and by phone, nothing happened.  The grass was not picked up and no refund given.  I was charged not only for the grass, but for installation, which they did not do, vegetation removal, which they did not do, and fertilizer, which they did not deliver.  I have the email where [redacted] clearly stated that the order was not complete and where [redacted] makes clear the sod would be picked up, order cancelled and that I would be priced with a refund.it's obvious why this company has an "F" rating with you

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:1) The 48 hour mark for delivery was not met. The original delivery was 3/31. No show or communication until I called late in the day. Rescheduled for 4/6, no show. Rescheduled for 4/7, no show. Rescheduled for 4/8, no show. Finally delivered on 4/9 at noon. 2) Timing for install not true. Originally scheduled for 4/9, but did not come or communicate. Said it was due to late delivery, which was not my fault and still plenty of time in day to complete. Rescheduled for 4/10, no show or communication, but it did rain. Rescheduled for FIRST thing on 4/11. Arrived at 16:00, which is not first thing. Did not have proper tools to complete the job. 3) Installer did not rent a tiller. They did not bring a tiller or properly perform soil cultivation. They bought a hand tool at Home Depot on the way to my house and scraped the ground 1/8 inch in parts. 4) Installation was not complete. The entire outside edge was not complete. Grass was not laid. Cutting in not complete. See pics. It is much more than the rolling that the installer didn't even know was supposed to do done. Because as she stated, "she is not an installer". Neither were her two helpers that she brought with her. I completed the installation. Plus fixed areas where they had overlapped the grass which would have prevented it from properly taking root. And then rented a tiller completed the rolling so I could start properly watering. The $25 offered by Grass4Sale does not cover what was not done. Or had to be redone. Regards,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: Nothing has been done to address the mess.  I have left several voice mails and no reply at all.  This is not a BBQ complaint at all.  There is huge damage to my property and it seems no one is taking action to fix.  Yes, I did do the economical delivery.  Was told someone would call to sched. and of course no one did.  They just showed up on a Sunday afternoon!!

I am rejecting this response because: I was told on the phone product would be shipped Monday the 18th of April. After requesting tracking number with no response on Tuesday I cancelled my order via email. At the time I requested cancellation, my credit card had not been charged. Shortly after cancellation on Tuesday the 19th my credit card was charged and I was told my order already shipped and I could not cancel. UPS tracking number [redacted] will show it shipped on Wednesday

I am rejecting this response because:I need more a detailed explanation of how they are going to specifically remedy my problem of receiving the incorrect order by giving me a full refund or by...

sending me two new pallets of Del Mar St Augustine and also pay for the labor to install it.  I ordered Del Mar St. Augustine, but instead received 30% Del Mar St. Augustine, and about 70% Bermuda all mixed together.  I have the pictures and videos to prove it.

No replacement will be provided as the terms of the warranty were not fully met and the failure of grass was not due to defective products.

Unfortunately grass4sale.com cannot control weather delays and this is something that impacts everyone and we cannot delivery or harvest sod when it's raining. When weather delays an order that does not mean it gets changed to economical delivery (unless the customer chooses) it means you still get...

The customer placed the order, the order was shipped, after it was shipped they wanted to cancel. Its a living product that was delivered and fulfilled.

Customer ordered Economical shipping and was be processed as such, customer subsequently canceled and the order was then the order was canceled.

This customer placed the order, we sent a shipping confirmation stating that his order would be delivered within 48 hours (which it was). We had an installation crew set up to go out there but was not able to because of the rain.  Instead, the logistics administrator rented a tiller and came...

out to with workers to till the soil and install the grass.  Pictures were sent showing that all of the pieces were installed in a brick like pattern. All was completed.  The logistics administrator stated she would come back to roll, but did not give a specific time, so customer took it upon himself to roll the sod.  The work that was ordered (soil cultivation and installation) was performed and completed.

I am rejecting this response because: As stated in my initial complaint, I ordered soil and sod on 6/16 (see attachment 1). This was taken from their phone recording system " "Economical delivery has the lowest carbon impact and guarantees that your order will arrive within 2 days to 2 weeks from the day of purchase. Grass for Sale will notify you via the email address on file at least 24 hours prior to shipment. " I have the recording if needed. Soil was delivered on 7/3/15 (see attachment 2). After calling multiple times and no one knowing when I was going to receive the sod, I emailed Grass4Sale  on 7/9 (23 days after I placed the order) and asked to cancel the sod. They responded "Soil already delivered and its Eco and too late to cancel" (see attachment 3). I called the same day and asked them when the sod was going to be delivered, and no one knew. Then I asked them to charge me for the top soil only and they told me that I was going to be charged to everything even though they did not know when I was going to receive the sod. I called Discover card to stop the payment of the sod, but the charge had not been made yet so the Discover representative did a tri-way calling to try to persuade them to charge me for the soil only and she got the same response - no one knew when I was going to receive the sod and I was going to be charge the whole amount of $1112.91 instead of just the money for the soil $179.94. On 7/14 I was charge for the full amount of $1112.91 and I opened a dispute against them with Discover (see attachment 4-5).  On 7/16 I got an email from Grass4Sale asking me to pay (not sure what because there was no amount) and replied to them on 7/21 asking for the amount (see attachment 4-5). I have not received a response yet. So I am willing to pay for the soil which was delivered, but not for the sod which was not delivered and no one knew when I was going to get it. I was more than patient and waited more than 3 weeks for the grass. Grass4Sale did not deliver on their guarantee delivery of 2 days to 2 weeks. I can be reached at [redacted].

Order previously canceled as requested.Delays due to weather in TX are correct. Also customer did not order from the right region and received around $1800.00 that was honored and now canceled and voided as requested in full PRIOR to this complaint.
