The response is only true for the first time the grass was delayed. This company...
rescheduled on me two times after this and had no explanation as to when my grass would be delivered or what the reason for the delay was and would not respond to emails or phone calls. Also, the company delivered dead grass instead of healthy grass to lay in my yard. This company is a scam as noted in all other 48 Revdex.com complaints against this company submitted by other unhappy customers such as myself!!

Notice they never mentioned my refund! The discount is irrelevant instead of paying $4800 I paid $3040, for grass never shipped!!!!? So where's my refund!!!!!!!! That is the complaint! The entire reply from [redacted] has nothing to do with my complaint. $3040 left my bank account on feb 14 and went to [redacted] for products never provided! Why didn't [redacted] mention the status of my refund???bottom line is he owes me money, address that!!!

As stated there was weather delays, on many occasions at least 10 notification was given by her calls coming in. Grass was delivered as soon as it was able to be
This order was not Economical or changed to economical before the order was harvested and was delayed only by rain and shipped ASAP as the customer wanted (not on grass4sale schedule). Please call ###-###-####, grass4sale has 2 million in general liability for any damages and your claim can be filed.

I am rejecting this response because:There is simply no truth to what they are claiming. First, the order was not completed. I have the email stating just that and a record of the order cancellation. Second, there were no attempts to install the sod. They have already admitted that and I have the email confirming that. They have claimed they called me, but my phone logs all incoming calls. There is no record of them ever attempting to call me. In fact, I had to make multiple calls to them to them. Third, I have two emails from [redacted] where he writes in no uncertain terms that the sod would be picked up and a refund provided. I have forwarded all relevant documents [redacted] who, as you can see, never addresses the fact that the order was not completed That [redacted] had twice confirmed the order was cancelled and that the sod would be picked up He continues to offer shifting stories about how they tried to contact me, which is simply not the case as my phone records show He continues to claim they tried to install the sod, which not only did they not do but [redacted] also promised a full refund for and did not provide. Happy to send all relevant documentation to support the "F" rating this company already has.
