I purchase a car from the wholesale after reviewing my paperwork I find out the overcharged me for stuff I didn't want when I try plenty of time trying to resolved issues it seems like no one is trying to help me

I purchased a [redacted] from A Better Way Wholesale Autos, plate number [redacted] *At the same time at ABW Autos, my brother and sister in law were trying to purchase an ***, plate number [redacted] I attempted to put the loan for the [redacted] in my name as well as the registration which the dealership stated I needed to complete at the same time so everything is submitted at once The loan ABW Autos submitted to the bank did not go through and I was denied the loan for the [redacted] The DMV received the registration documents I signed at the time ABW Autos initially submitted the loan for the [redacted] in my name The [redacted] was never purchased by anyone, on that day ABW Autos never retracted the registration documents with my name on them This registration is falseAt that time, no one had purchased the vehicle, it still belonged to ABW Autos How can a vehicle be registered without anyone actually purchasing it first? My brother and sister in law purcha

I have purchased a car yrs ago here and was promised a spare key when I gave a $8,down payment to sales rep Don who is still wrong there and sonce he has promised spare and never providedPoor poor customer service..car I purchased [redacted] but have had both front axes replaced after having car for months, ball barrins, hub barrins, have all gone bad 2x in yrs

Went to purchase a [redacted] **Car salesman Paul said the vehicle had a clean [redacted] and was never involved in an accidentWent to leave deposit on vehiclePaul kept pushing for me to sign that my deposit is non refundableI would not sign thatI told him I will leave deposit on my [redacted] card and have every intent on buying the vehicle When I got to the final steps of financing through my bank, my bank informed me the [redacted] was not clean and car was involved in a "major accident with structural damage"My bank would not finance this vehicle due to this issue I informed Paul of it and he acted like he had no clue what I was talking aboutcalled me back and tried to downplay it saying the [redacted] is misleading cause it was a minor accidentPaul then tried to sell me on other carsI told him I wanted my deposit refunded back and he said they would refund it the following weekSince then, no one is returning my calls and has not refunded my $deposit

I have reviewed the transaction for the complaint filed by [redacted] cancelled her contract with the warranty company directly, A Better Way was not notified until July We tried to explain t [redacted] that there was a form that needed to be filled out and notarized so that we are able to process on our endOnce this was finalized, ABW processed their portion of the contract cancellationOur check was issued on August 24, and cleared our account on September 11, I have attached a copy of the service contract cancellation so that you can view the information needed in order to process each request

Horrible placeIf I could give no stars, I wouldThe whole business model is fraudWe spent an afternoon there, picked a car, negotiated a price, shook hands and signed a contract to get the car the next week We were using our own financing and negotiated a good price After we left, they sold the car to someone else, no doubt for a higher price and using their inferior financing Only told us when we called to confirm the pick-upPointed to some fine print on the back of the contract that says the contract actually isn't a contractThen tried to upsell us to a more expensive car! Its all a racketTheir motivation is to favor whoever they can take advantage of the most Our salesman (who was new there) was so shocked he quit, then called us and gave a statement in favor of our complaint to the dealer licensing boardIf you are a sophisticated buyer, run away

The purchase order was signed for a non-refundable depositOnce a customer agrees to buy the vehicle paperwork is signed and arrangements for a pickup day are madeSome times the vehicle is not able to be pickup that day because the customer needs to get financing or other items in order, such as insuranceIf the items needed are available on the same day, the sales person moves the vehicle to the storage lotThe sales person driving the vehicle does not break the terms of the contractThe terms of the purchase order are clearly stated, your signature accepts those terms

Revdex.com:The money was refunded back to my card AFTER I filed a complaint with the Revdex.comThe salesman never offered to refund my money and I did not change my mind on the carI left the thousand dollar deposit and the salesman wanted me to sign a form stating the deposit was non refundableAt which time the car salesman showed me a [redacted] that showed the car was never in an accident (form was completely altered)I told him I wanted the car which is why I left the deposit and said I am not signing anything which states my deposit is non refundableWhich I've never had to do with the other cars I've bought over the yearsWhen I went to finance the car through my bank they ran the [redacted] and it came back with a major accident reported and stated they would not finance it with a title of that stateI informed Paul of this and he stated the deposit is non refundable and offered other carsHe never offered to refund the depositThis dealer is shady to say the leastIf they offered to refund the deposit I left in October why did it take them till December 4th AFTER I filed the complaint to the Revdex.com to actually refund it? Why would I become hostile if they actually offered to refund it? Clearly they are looking to cover there own with this complete BS response they offeredDealer should be put out of businessObviously the owners are profiting by taking advantage of people that aren't wise to their scams(look at their [redacted] and [redacted] review pageIt's full of negative reviews and hundreds of bought and paid for positive reviews from companies that create pages to leave positive reviews for these types of businessesEvery positive review member has left dozens of positive reviews for other dealers)Action needs to be taken against these people to stop them from scamming the general pubicHORRIBLE Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The response of ABW is likely to be contrary to the truthI was solely asking Sharon to support her affidavit with evidentiary support because she was coercing me to sign a document, in which check marks were added, affirming that the car was mechanically functional without any affidavit of supportSince the affirmation was latent and the truth was concealed, I asked for the mechanic slip that supports such affirmanceSharon refused to do so because she knows the car was mechanically defectiveI asked her why she was scared of giving me a simple memo, stating that the mechanic slip is not available and it will be mailed to meI, under any circumstances, would never be intimidating and I will never be I'll be more than happy to return the car if ABW is willing to refund me all fees associated with transaction including, but not limited to Massachusetts tax, registration, transfer fees, wiper, and [redacted] service feesIf not, I'm bargaining for the $optional fee that I was coerced to payIt is clearly optional in the P&sYou forced me to pay for itI need it back pleaseIn addition, I did tell Sharon that I wanted the car on 3/16, but that doesn't not mean that she had to sell me a mechanically defective car that is supported by dishonest affidavitUnder UCC, in sales of goods, a partial deposit (part performance ) in sales transaction amounts to an enforceable contract to which seller and buyer are bound; therefore, a court will obligate a seller to make the goods conform to the requirements of law to the buyer and "specific performance" will be ordered by the court to force both parties to complete the transaction, unless both parties agree to annul the transactionIt's a bilateral contract, therefore the meeting of the minds is requiredThe law forbids unjust enrichment of a party when forcing the other party to accept something deemed optionalHere I was forced to pay $198, which is optionalIt is not in accordance with the law, thus I'm requesting the refund of the $That's all I'm asking, either my $or I can annul the transaction subject to the condition precedent Sincerely, [redacted]

Good Afternoon, I recently tried to purchase a car from A Better Way Auto which resulted in me cancelling the sale and requesting my deposit due to advertisement due to me being mislead on the vehicles conditionA better way auto is refusing to refund my deposit, as they claim this fee is non refundable, even though the sales associate lied about the condition of the car I was told on May 12, that vehicle was in immaculate condition, no issues whatsoever however when I showed up on May 14, with my check in hand to pay for the car there were several issues with the car The passenger headlight was not securely bolted in place and was also brokenI brought this to the sales rep (Ben) attention and he stated it is ok, they'lll order me a new one however I should by the car like it is and he will work on getting the replacement headlightI initially considered taking the offer, however after assessing it further I declined the offerA broken headlight will

I have reviewed the complaint filed by [redacted] ***I have also reviewed the sales and service records for the vehicle purchased [redacted] purchased an [redacted] on November 28, On December 18th [redacted] brought his [redacted] into the service department for concerns that he had with the vehicleThe concerns were that the check engine light had come on, a headlight bulb went out, and he was concerned about the tire pressureAll of those concerns were addressed and repaired as an offer of good-will on an vehicleOn April 7th, [redacted] brought his vehicle into the service department again with new concernsAt this time [redacted] was concerned about a clunking noise from the front of the vehicle, he needed to refill the coolant several times and add oil, and a parking light was outOur technician determined that the Anti-Rattle clips and control arms were wornAs a gesture of good will, ABW replaced the Anti-Rattle clips [redacted] declined the control arm repairIn order to determine where the leaks were coming from, the engine would need to be torn down [redacted] declined the teardown [redacted] was made aware of the repairs needed and declined them on April 7thThe vehicle has been available for pickup since thenThe last communication with [redacted] was April 25th @ 9:am when he indicated "we didn't know who we are dealing with and that he was going to contact his lawyer"From the beginning we have helped [redacted] with concerns he had with his vehicle purchaseAfter months of no concerns we still helped [redacted] with some of what he requested but we can't possibly do it allIf [redacted] is not happy with the service contract he can cancel it and a pro-rated refund will be applied to his auto loan
