Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:First if all when I bought the furniture from Freed’s they informed me the warranty covered everything, but pet stains so my apology for that statementSecond of all I have been told for months the parts were on its way and that someone would call me back with a status and no one ever didAs well as a supervisor has never been available to talk to and was told twice they would call me back in or minutesThey did call back the first time days later, at which point I was at workI called right back and to date no one has bothered to callI was also told over a month ago that if the parts did not arrive soon my claim would be escalatedApparently it has not been until now [redacted]

There is no advertisingOur website states you have protection against cracking and peeling and tears as a general coverageOur warranty which the consumer gets from the retailer is their coverage as we have different warranties for each retailerMr [redacted] 's warranty states clearly on the front page cracking and peeling of Top Grain leather in seating areas, and cracking and peeling of all leathers and Vinyl in non-seating areasThere is no advertising Thank you, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I made the claim over the one section of the table pictured that I had placed a package of Clorox wipes that I had purchased from Costco upon the table, not realizing they were upside down, and it had turned the table red/pink and bubbled, which was an ACCIDENT, NOT "wear and tear" or "abuse"I was not aware this would occurI also submitted to the company pictures of the entire table to show other issues, which would be considered "use" that I believed should not occur with a dining tableTo say that the table is abused is a bold faced lieThis section that I would like repaired occurred on an accident, not on purposeI did not ask for any other section of the table to be repairedI simply showed how easily the table could be damagedI don't abuse the items I pay $forIn other photographs, there is evidence of damage from where I had spilled nail polish remover on the tableI take responsibility for that, but I assure that I did not PURPOSELY ruin my tableI simply would like the section that was damaged, again by an accident to be fixed! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I do want the replacement recliner I picked out on Saturday 9/23/ I was informing you of how I was treated and the price difference in the current recliner and the new one I don't want to stop the replacement process, I just didn't think the difference in price was fair To get this over with, I want my replacement recliner delivered promptly without any issuesIf the protection plan company feels that it is fair they refund some of my money, because of the difference in price, that will be great if not whateverAt this point as long as I receive my new recliner I picked on Saturday 9/23/17, quickly I will accept it as a resolution to the issue Sincerely, [redacted]

FCP is not a cleaning service it is an accidental policy. Every day use is not considered a claim. If you have another stain you need to submit a claim but we do not just go out and clean your furniture. Take Care, [redacted]
