Furniture Care Protection's contract states that the customer must contact us with in days and claims are from single incidents*** has contacted us about multiple spots on their furniture which is considered wear as it has accumulated multiple spotsI would offer them back
the money they paid for the warranty and let them void the warranty

I want to apologize to Ms*** for the issues on her sofaFCP covers cracking and peeling on top grain leather in all areas and cracking and peeling of non-seated areas for all leathersShe has a bonded leather sofa and loveseat which isn't covered in the seating areasI don't think this was
explained to her in full and would honor her wishes of refunding her warranty. Take Care, *** ***

us solve the chair issuesThe chair was fixed on 11/11/by Mr*** the in house Ashley furniture store TechnicianHe said (he will order) the table partsNo one else from anywhere else has called usFurniture Care Warranty is full of @#$&!

Hi:This is in response to Mr*** issueFurniture Care Protection does protect against cracking and peeling on leather and vinyl in non-seating areas as stated on his warrantyMr***'s claim was denied as he has a bonded/blended leather product which states cracking and peeling is only
covered in non-seating areas and his issue is in the seat on the right side facing seat of the sofaCracking and peeling is covered in the seating area on top grain leather products onlyI hope this helps Take Care, *** ***

clearly states cuts and punctures are from a single incident and that scratches
to leather isn't covered*** turned in a claim with multiple incidents
which is considered every day
use and accumulation and is a denied

In regards to Mr ***'s complaint1st thing I want to clear up is the warranty does not cover everythingIt is an accidental warranty policyHis claim is approved to be taken care ofThe problem is his product is an import from over seasFCP has ordered the parts and it normally takes 90-
days to get shipped inWe are finding out now were the parts are and how quick we can get it fixedI will update asap. Thank you, *** ***
