Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/10/15) */
Hi [redacted]
We took another look at the pictures and the chair and decided to let [redacted] have a credit back on the chair to reselect. FCP has contacted [redacted] and I believe she is happy with that answer.
Take Care,

I am rejecting this response because:First if all when I bought the furniture from Freed’s they informed me the warranty covered everything, but pet stains so my apology for that statement. Second of all I have been told for 3 months the parts were on its way and that someone would call me back with a status and no one ever did. As well as a supervisor has never been available to talk to and was told twice they would call me back in 20 or 30 minutes. They did call back the first time 2 days later, at which point I was at work. I called right back and to date no one has bothered to call. I was also told over a month ago that if the parts did not arrive soon my claim would be escalated. Apparently it has not been until now.

I am rejecting this response because:It was a single incident. You are making an assumption on how this incident occurred. I have a copy of my warranty. I know what the warranty covers and what it does not cover. This is just an excuse to not honor the warranty that I paid $500 for. I am not satisfied with your company on how it is handling this matter.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

FCP will fix Mr. [redacted]'s issues. We have left a couple of messages and waiting to hear back from him to get the parts ordered. Thank you, [redacted]
Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I made the claim over the one section of the table pictured that I had placed a package of Clorox wipes that I had purchased from Costco upon the table, not realizing they were upside down, and it had turned the table red/pink and bubbled, which was an ACCIDENT, NOT normal "wear and tear" or "abuse". I was not aware this would occur. I also submitted to the company pictures of the entire table to show other issues, which would be considered "normal use" that I believed should not occur with a dining table. To say that the table is abused is a bold faced lie. This section that I would like repaired occurred on an accident, not on purpose. I did not ask for any other section of the table to be repaired. I simply showed how easily the table could be damaged. I don't abuse the items I pay $750.00 for. In other photographs, there is evidence of damage from where I had spilled nail polish remover on the table. I take responsibility for that, but I assure that I did not PURPOSELY ruin my table. I simply would like the section that was damaged, again by an accident to be fixed! I also can provide the photos that I sent. According to the company that I purchased this table from, this accident of putting the container is covered in my protection plan.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
