Very Grateful for A Good Moving Company, We were moving from Fort Collins Colorado to Thornton Colorado on July We had another moving service scheduled and they failed to show...franticly we took to the phones looking for movers that could move us same day, on a Saturday in the middle of summerAfter calling plus moving companies we found (A good Moving Company) they saved our dayThey were quick to apologize for the moving company that stood us up and they also matched the quote from the company that stood us up…within the hour they had trucks at our door and movers( who all happen to be CSU Athletes) in under hours they had us loaded, in Thornton and unloaded at our new house….They were life savers and will always be our first call in the future…We are very Appreciative and grateful…these guys also happened to be the most mannered and polite young adults that I have had the pleasure of knowing in a long time

True or False? He said one truck was needed TRUE
True or False? You said you would make our move EASY TRUE
True or False? You asked for the money up front (Was this so that we could not stop payment via credit card?) (Was this because we were moving out of state, not easy to argue from 900+ miles away?)
True or False? You said that you would come with your fellas to our home to be sure that they did things correctly TRUE
True or False? You said that your fellas would "pre-load" the day before so that it would be easier on moving day TRUE
Now the truth of the matter is:
You did send your fella to our home to assess the quantity of things
This fella said that it would be tight but a one truck move
He said your company would make the move EASY for me
We paid the money up front because of the time constraint, as you requested, trusting that you would do a good job
You did NOT come and see that your fellas were "sure to do things correctly."
Your fellas came to pre-load, but only actually pre-wrapped some chairs and the piano
I paid to BE packed, and packed things myself other than a few things that I requested your fellas to do for me: Some pictures and two lamps

I got rid of two large chairs that were supposed to be moved because of the piano to make some room for it
*** called you regarding his motorcycle and the scooter ahead of time, at which time you said, "no problem."

How can I take pictures of things that were never loaded onto the truck? Everything would have fit IF like many other moving trucks we saw going down the highway, you, the professional, EVEN AT THE LAST MINUTE, thought of a trailer hitch to pull the motor bikes This would not require another $for a second truck, but a simple hitch (like all the other moving companies were using." *** could not load anything on top of the motorcycle thus much horizontal space was not used
Is it not true, that the reason you did not preload is that only one household at a time is allowed on the truck and since your men did not have to pack me, you decided to send them to do another move on MY moving day before they came to our home.? So instead of being at my home on time, at 6:a.m., they were doing a move for someone else Thus, they arrived after 10:a.mto my house We had no prior warning except for the phone call *** made to us that morning that they were running late One of your fellas spilled the beans to me that they had a tough time in a stair well moving someone just before our move and that was the reason they were late
I packed (although I paid you to pack in that fee that I paid you) so that your fellas would be fresh for MY move and not get too tired thus get clumsy with things that I wanted them to be careful with I packed (although I paid you to pack in that fee that I paid you) because I was aware that *** had to drive 900+ miles AFTER loading that truck AND I wanted to help him out so he would not be too tired But you used my good will to make more money for yourself NOT doing what you promised me, and NOT arriving early (we were up at 5:a.mso we were ready for your fellas at 6:a.mwhich was VERY disrespectful You, I presume, schedule the moves? This was WRONG We agreed upon 6:a.mand you should have been there at 6:a.m That alone was a horrible thing to do!
There are no pictures of most of these things (an entire single garage of things) because they were left behind Why don't you instruct your men to take pictures of the things that are left behind so that you have an accurate assessment of what you owe? That is what an honest guy would do Not expect ME to be wasting money for photographs because of YOUR error "I want to make this EASY for you." Remember?
The speakers were evidently NOT wrapped in blankets (although mahogany wood) only in that wrap The blankets were on the truck so I do not know if they simply ran out of them or just got tired since these were loaded toward the end of the furniture (That is what fatigue does to people) I saw them place the wrap on the speakers without the blankets, but I figured that the blankets were on the truck.
The motorcycle windshield has some scratches on the one side This would not look like much on a picture However, these windshields are expensive and I know that it was PERFECT because I saw it myself before it was loaded
Before your fellas pulled away they asked me to put aside the things that were most important to me because they did not think, at that point that it would all fit (this was the END of the move) As you know, when you move it is your responsibility to clean out that house for the new owners This was unthinkable at this point Where were you? Making it EASY for me? Is that what you call this? I was running back and forth GIVING away expensive things for FREE in humiliation because you failed me
You believe in God? Well, He is Omni-present He was there He saw the whole thing He saw your broken promises to me He saw all that stuff that was left behind He saw all things that I gave away to clear out as much as I could for the new owners because I was required by law to do that This was thousands of dollars of loss.
IF you read your bible, and actually believe what it says, then you know that more likely than not the end of this world is coming within the next years (probably far less) Read the signs of the times: Earthquakes, Volcano eruptions, Tempest (severe storms, hurricanes, tornadoes), Floods, Fires, Hailstones, Magnificent lightning displays, sink holes, landslides, mudslides, Israel, Terror attacks, laws passed against God's laws: Abortion, Same Sex, Human Trafficking, Drug Trafficking, Recreational Marijuana, etc.) (Isaiah, Ezekiel, The Gospels - It's all there- and it's all happening at this one time like NEVER before) Know that you will be standing before Him and He will ask you about this However, IF you read your bible, you also know that you will not be permitted to say a word for His judgments are perfect, as I said before, He knows EVERYTHING.
He knows ALL that I did in good faith toward you and your men IF you were an honest man, you would have made this right by contacting us without us having to contact you; because that is what honest people do
Forgiveness is for those who truly follow Christ Not for those who one day said a prayer and now live doing what is right in their own eyes True believers are not perfect people, but, when Jesus says: "Do not only look out for yourself, but look out for your fellow man also." He means just what He said I did that for your men But you did NOT do that for me Basically, you took the money, they did all the work and you were not there You should be ashamed of yourself
He also said, "Do unto others as you want them to do unto you." Are you sure you want others to treat you this way?
You really are running out of time I say this for your GOOD Do the right thing Compensate us for the debacle in earnestness Don't wait until God must deal with you It will be too late on that day.

Your "pictures" thing is lame Your guys know all the things that were left behind They were sitting on the truck watching me giving away my things They know that an extreme amount of things were left behind Your guys know they did not put blankets on the mahogany speakers Your guys know there were some scratches on the motorcycle windshield There are even some scratches on the frames of my only two expensive paintings (which were pre-wrapped) however, they were unwrapped after unloading because your fellas needed to take the blankets back You may continue in your way, if that is what you want In the end, you will be punished for this.

Good Moving Company did a very fine job for us! The washer and dryer needed to be relocated from the basement to the first floor----- and --- were there promptly, doing everything without issue They used caution ensuring there was no damage to walls, etcand applied protective covers over the flooring"A Good Moving Company" will surely get our call the next time there is a need

   Enclosed above are photos of some of the damage done to our possessions. The first & last file photos ending in #...31 & #...32 are two separate [redacted] Speaker Cabinets that were badly scratched up. #...33 is an end table that had received one 3/4 inch scratch on the middle edge. Light is reflecting onto the edge its right side(not a scratch). On #...34 this is the photo of the scratched [redacted] Windshield. The multiple scratches can be seen at just left of the bot[redacted] center of this photo. Or just below the shock absorber spring in this photo.(Facing or looking at Harley from the front.). On #...35 this shows the dirt on the Harley's right leather saddle bag when it was in contact with the ground of the dirt driveway. Also, this drop caused the scratches on the windshield, as shown in #...34. These are just a few of the things we had damage by the moving company. Also, but not included were multiple fine scratches on our dining table, but would be hard to see in a photo. Also, the hickory floor in our sold home was scratched when nothing was put down to protect the floor surface by the movers. Most of the loss was the thousands of dollars of possessions never moved by the moving company. Possessions we paid to have moved, and promised to be moved with us to our new location.
