A Good Moving Company

I recently used A Good Moving Company. They extended the highest quality in customer service while providing excellent moving services. The level of professionalism is present from the phone call greeting explaining their services to the pick up/drop off of my belongings. The moving crew is attentive, personable and highly skilled. I did not have a doubt when entrusting the moving crew with my personal belongings - they did a wonderful job with the handling of my furniture and various other items from pick up to drop off. A Good Moving Company is a reputable moving company! I highly recommend this company as your first and only choice when seeking a crew to move you!!

you."Cipriano's thoughts:1. [redacted] stated that I did not ask any questions of her about her piano, that is false. I asked her what type of piano she had. [redacted] replied that she had a "regular upright piano." That is a false statement, her piano is significantly heavier and larger in magnitude than a normal upright piano that any two skilled movers can move. This is likely and reasonably why she called a mover.2. [redacted] goes on to state that after we arrived she decided to transverse "easy" stairs with the piano. That was not mentioned in her description by phone. My thoughts are if it is so "easy," why did she call a mover?3. Then she states that we had no equipment, another false statement. I had on hand my standard made in USA, 1,500-pound test, 4-wheel, steel reinforced dollies. This tool and all other equipment becomes useless on stairs that she never mentioned by phone.4. [redacted] states that I posted a negative review about her business, she's wrong. I posted a review that only addresses her and her character personally. Nowhere do I mention her business. Another inaccurate statement by [redacted].5. [redacted] states that I attempted to blackmail her. She is wrong again. I gave her a choice. I wrote, "My claim will be a mirror reflection of your claim and while being honest to facts. The review I posted is true but, I can always find a way to say something nice instead. Now you have a business decision to make. Your action will dictate if I update my review to say something nice about you personally. I wish you well in business. Keep in mind we don't have to like our decisions but, those choices we make will have a permanent impact on our respective firms. Godspeed fellow small business person." It seems to me that [redacted] needs to learn the difference between fact and fiction. Honesty is not blackmail, it's fact.6. Overall I had a terrible business experience with a terrible person of poor character, who lacks reasonable rationale. Whats more, is that [redacted] has demonstrated an inability to process logic. Worse still her lack of responsibility demonstrates a lack of integrity.7. My thoughts are simple [redacted] should be utilizing her time for productive purposes. I have to write a review based off my experience today with A Good Moving Company. They are just so fabulous! First the owner is fantastic! He has worked with me each time going above and beyond to ensure my move goes as smoothly as possible. The team that was sent today was -----, ----- & ----- they did an amazing job! I had issues opening the lock at my storage unit. Whereas most would ask for me to reschedule, these guys found a way to safely open the door (which was not easy.)There were actually quite a few more obstacles today and they seamlessly attacked each issue and resolved them with a professional demeanor. ----- was the lead and I appreciated his mannerism with both myself and his team. Thank you guys! You're the best!!

A Good Moving Co. showed up on time and completed the job as agreed. [redacted] and his crew did an excellent job. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

As a single grandmother raising a grandchild I knew that I could count on this company to send fast professional movers to get this done as efficiently as possible. This was a fantastic move, they were early, were very very hard workers and did everything exactly how we wanted it done. We could not recommend them more for any move. I am rejecting this response because: Mr. [redacted] does not want to be responsible for the damage he and his business has done. My wife and I lost over $10,000.00 in property that [redacted]'s moving company failed to move as he had promised and I had paid for. He wouldn't acknowledge all of these possessions lost, nor has he been sincere about paying for the possessions his business damaged. The Lord Jesus will judge him by the standard he damaged our move, and disrespected my wife and myself. I see other consumers who used his business and are also currently dissatisfied with his lack of responsibility to pay them back for the damages he incurred on them, and disrespect for those he said could trust him and his business. If any one reads these words of mine , but still wants to trust "A Bad Moving Co." beware to use a credit card that will hold this business financially accountable to deliver what it promises. I was foolish to trust this man of sweet talk, who told me he needed the money in full right away to help his credit to buy a new home for himself. I did him a favor, and he thanked me for it, but then broke all his promises of giving us a happy responsible move. He gave us grief and loss. CONSUMER BEWARE! I had a wonderful experience with A Good Moving Company. They were very friendly on the phone as well as in person. It was easy to set up an appointment and they were very flexible with my schedule. The movers were so helpful and went above and beyond to make the transition as smooth as possible. The price was awesome for what I needed. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to my family and friends.

I have used A Good Moving 3 times and every time has been an awsome experience , very curteous and professional. I would highly recommend them to everyone!!!

We have used AGMC twice in the last six months and they exceeded our expectations. We were building a new home and had to move into an apartment when our old home sold before our new home was finished. AGMC helped us move the basics from our home to our apartment as well as helped us load a POD to be put into storage. When our house was completed last week, they came back to help us move into the house and unload the POD.
The team is courteous, professional, extremely conscientious, and genuinely great guys. If we ever move again (and believe me, we're not planning on it!) I would definitely hire AGMC.

I am rejecting this response because:No I am not happy with this response at all. I am just blown away actually, I don't even know what to say at this point. It IS a standard upright piano. The weight of pianos can vary though, which I should not know as a first time piano owner (I know now thanks to google) but he SHOULD know as a moving service. We decided to put the piano in our walk out basement because he made a BIG deal about how they would put it wherever we wanted in the home, and if we weren't happy with it they would put it somewhere else. Wherever we want he said! If he was unwilling to move it down steps, again, it is his responsibility as a business owner to ask that question upfront. Of course I don't know anything about moving pianos - I am not a moving company. It is his job to know his own business and set his own boundaries. If they arrived and the job was not what they expected there were better solutions to be had than damaging a lot of my property and then telling me to screw off. And it is completely unacceptable for him to attempt to damage the reputation of my company in retaliation. He has never used my company, and clearly stated in his email that he was doing it for the purpose of blackmailing me into leaving him alone. He even said "so now you have a business decision to make." Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Regards,

The gentleman who took my call today told me it would not be worth the company's time to come to my house to give me an estimate for a local move related to my home renovation. He asked me to estimate the amount of time I thought it would take 2 men to move my belongings. While we are not moving the entire home, we are moving quite a bit and will have to then move it back in a few months....silly unfortunate person.

The service the guys provided was awesome. They were polite and more than helpful throughout the process of moving. I'd definitely recommend them.
