The 3 guys that moved us 0n 9/20/14 were -----, ------- & ----. They were professional and courteous. All three worked really hard and did a fantastic job of moving us. I would recommend these three guys and A Good Moving Company Highly! Thanks for doing such a great job!

The Good Moving Company was very professional and "happy"!!!
[redacted] and [redacted] were great! They arrived on time and within an hour completed the whole move! They were friendly and courteous and helpful!
I certainly would give them an A+ and would use them again for any of my moving needs!

Never agreed to waive full coverage, thus per the US DOT regulations, my items were supposed to carry full value...

insurance and my bill reflect the costs of such. 
Received approximately 25% of restitution thus far, seeking the remaining amount.

Dear [redacted]:If you want to claim damages you need to list them, provide suporting evidence and submit that claim to me in writting. At that time I will send you a check when damages are verified. If you need help doing this call our office and I can give you instructions. It is still unpleasent working with you. Evidence of your irrational expectations are demonstrated here. You desire for me to pay the damages, however, you are not willing to list the damages or provide evidence to support your claim.I am overwhelmingly disappointed with you Mr. [redacted]

Our client was not enjoyable to work for. Which is fine,
only 9 out of 10 clients are fun to work for. This is the one you don’t want.
Hindsight is 20/20.
I requested photos of damages and he refused to submit any
photos. I suggest there is no evidence to support damages....

What’s more, is that
I offered to replace damaged items and he refused my offering.
I am happy to pay .60¢ per pound of damages in accordance
with the bill of lading.
This household is difficult to satisfy and I will not make
any further attempts to remedy their dissatisfaction.
I refuse his request for refund. Instead I will pray for
him.

I am rejecting this response because: Mr. [redacted] said he would pay $.60/pound weight of my possessions on the truck. He now is demanding information not possible to give since 100% of the possessions lost in our complaint states are unrecoverable and I don't keep receipts on everything I have owned in my life. Mr.  [redacted] is making it impossible to recover any amount of remuneration for our losses. He simply doesn't want to pay us anything for our losses, and seems to enjoy adding insult to injury. Mr. [redacted] has all along been unreasonable and very unpleasant to work with in trying to address the damage he has caused us as I have said before. I sent a list of all our lost possessions to B.B.B. and Mr. [redacted], and his workers know of all these losses because they were there, and said they couldn't fit any more of my possessions on their truck. I took some photos of the damage of some of our possessions that were scratched up by the movers, and should be sending them to the B.B.B. as soon as I can picked them up at Walmart 26 miles away. I don't own a digital camera, but I will get these photos to B.B.B. soon. Mr. [redacted] knows what he and his company has done to us, and other unfortunate people who have used his service, and suffered his unprofessional work and attitude.

Hello - in response to your question, my main goal is warn other consumers about the business practices of A Good Moving Company. If asking Revdex.com to pursue a refund will ensure that consumers have the opportunity to learn from my experience, then by all means lets pursue that path. Again, my main goal...

is to raise awareness such that others might be prevented from having an unfortunate outcome. Thank you for your assistance.

I am rejecting this response because: Mr. [redacted] is questioning my integrity, and he already knows from his employees of all the boxes of possessions that were left behind in one full side of our garage that were lost due to the wrong judgment of his company. His heads of his team said it would all fit on one truck and it didn't. I am sending to Jay at the B.B.B. a list of all the lost items.

    Besides all the lost possessions I have calculated the weight of the damaged items that came on the truck to be approx. 800 pounds. The 2 speaker cabinets, the [redacted], the coffee table, the kitchen table, and the dining room table. [redacted].

It is not everyday a company goes out of their way to bless someone with cutting edge service, friendly employees and a drive to make an experience like moving a little less overwhelming to the customer. Alex has done all of that and more.er service and attention to my needs. I am sure the move will exceed my expectations.

I've used A Good Moving Company many times over several years. The first time was May 2009 - Mom and dad had lived with me for some time. A couple weeks earlier the doctor had called Hospice into my home for both my parents. I was reeling from the reality that mom and dad were having their last weeks together. That day in May I had just received a call that two hospital beds were in route from Denver. The tech could set up the hospital beds only if the existing bed was removed from the room upon his arrival. Company policy did not allow him to move furniture.
With absolutely no one I could call for help I put my head in my hands and said out loud, “I just need a good moving company.” Opening the phonebook I was amazed to see a moving company named “A Good Moving Company”! Coincidence? I think not “Grasshopper”.
Dialing the number I was painfully aware that it was unlikely any company could help me with less than an hour window. [redacted] answered the phone with a huge smile. Quickly explaining my situation I was braced for a kind voice to tell me it was simply impossible with such short notice. Instead, he told me not to worry, help would be on the way – he would make a call and get right back to me. I felt as though I had been rescued from disaster. Within three minutes he called to tell me a crew would be there shortly. I’m sure those guys came to help us instead of taking a break between jobs. I am so very grateful. They ended up moving two beds, one to the basement so it would be out of the way. The fee amounted to the price of gas money – a generous tip was my pleasure. My gratitude remains today.
I have since used A Good Moving Company 5 or 6 times; and today I called them to help me again. They have packed and moved my entire household twice over the last 6 years and are happy to help me manage the heavy lifting through remodeling and other in-house efforts.
These men and women are professional, polite, efficient and very hard working individuals. And everyone was a joy to be around. My recommendation could not be higher. A Good Moving Company IS easy to find.
I always feel uplifted and well taken care of. Integrity grows trust. I trust this company.

I've had to move my mentally ill brother out of his apartments a number of times for various reasons. Mostly because he was going into a mental facility for a long period of time. Among all the stress surrounding the various scenarios there's always the stress of actually moving his stuff. A good moving company made this move out the easiest one ever. From the very beginning of the job [redacted] and [redacted] were on time, very professional and efficient. On top of that they were very respectful and had wonderful positive attitudes and were just great guys to work with. Then there is [redacted], the owner of the company who graciously did the job pro bono because my brother is a 100% disabled and service connected. I want to thank you [redacted], from the bottom of my heart for all of your help. It is humbling to be on the receiving end of your incredible generosity. You guys rock.

we have used this company several times while moving into an apartment then into our new constructed home.
