Review: We received a past due bill claiming we owe for 2 mos service or $99.90 for offsite backup we NEVER ordered. We are a small church and would have no need for this much storage space. Besides the expenditures would need to be approved by the Trustees of which I am a member and paid by the Treasurer (that's me too). I can tell you for a fact we never ordered anything from them. I called them to complain and had to leave a message. When I called back I got VM again and also got VM the next time I called back. Now I'm sure this is a scam. So I checked the yellow pages and D&B...guess what no listing!.Desired Settlement: I want this credited in full and a copy of the credit stating this was done in error and we ordered no such product. I also want our name permantly removed from their records and to never hear from them again

Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me with one exception. At NO TIME did anyone tell me the account was cancelled. If this was the case I would not have called you. Futhermore Ms. [redacted] is in NOT authorized to purchase any additional services without the approval of the trustee board. With that said, I am accepting this since the end results are the same. This bill and our "account" have been cancelled.
Review: This is now the seond invoice I have received for $49.95 each time, from A2Z offsite in River Falls, Wisconsin, for services. We have not ever contracted with this company for any services they offer. I've called them at their number ( [redacted] ) numerous times. Each time they say that they are too busy and to leave a name and contact number. But they never get back to you.Desired Settlement: I don't want them to contact me again and I would like them investigated for scamming me and probably others as well.

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response. If you wish, you may update it before sending it.]
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I accept the business' response and consider the matter closed now that I am assured that I will no longer receive invoices in the mail for service which I know not, nor needed, nor received. Thank you for putting the pressure on them to bring closure to this matter.
On January 3, 2013, A2Z Offsite sent one of our offices an invoice in the amount of $49.95 as payment for services that were neither requested, authorized or received. Per the instruction of A2Z Offsite, the office submitted a cancellation notice on 1/28/13. There have been repeated attempts to contact A2Z Offstie, however A2Z Offsite has repeatedly ignored the cancellation request and sends additional invoices. Our latest attempt at contact was 4/3/2012, and we have yet to receive a reply. The invoice was sent to their collection agency who now charges an additional $500.
It should be noted athat A2Z Offsite relies on a voice recording as proof that the services were requested; however the recording is not the voice of any of our employees.
It is apparent that A2Z Offsite sets up accounts to unsuspecting individuals and attempts to collect funds which have never been requested or earned in any manner.
