Our 20 year old furnace finally broke down so after reading some reviews we called AA Service. They came out quickly and gave us a quote, we wanted to think about it for a few days and there was no pressure to sign until we were ready. Our installer Michael J. and Victor showed up on time and worked hard to get the job done, even wore shoe covers and used drop cloths where ever they walked. It was a full day install and Mike showed us how to use everything (even programmed the thermostat for us) then cleaned up, took the old furnace and debris. Over all I would give them an A+ on the whole experience.
I used AA Service Co on the recommendation of a friend. Jim arrived on time for a furnace inspection. Not only did he do an excellent job servicing my furnace but he also took the time to answer all of my questions. I will be using this company again and requesting Jim.

These guys are always honest, upfront, communicate well, and do a great job. We have used them for almost 20 years from crazily built apartments to houses. We have never been unhappy. Scott S did great work on a strange problem in our new house.

Our technician Jim G was prompt (early!), curteous and extremely helpful in providing a maintenence check of our furnace. He gave us tips on how to have it run more efficiently. I would certainly ask that Jim be our technician in the future.
