Thank you
I did not appreciate the disrespectful attitude that I received in Vineland. Thank you (Luke and Melissa of Aamco in Pennsauken. Alan of Vineland is a liar and a fraud. I never want to have any business with him. Thank you ( Aamco) for rectifying the situation. I really appreciate it. If you ever need someone for a paid commercial, I'm your girl. Yes, I am a satisfied customer. Again, thank you so much. Have a great New Year's.

Sincerely yours,
Mrs.Kathleen Bluitt

Please be advised that I do NOT own AAMCO Transmission on Princeton Ave, Lawrenceville, NJ with effect from June Please remove my info from your record and direct the issue to the appropriate personKausar B***

Unfortunately the cost of repairs has nothing to do with the value of a vehicle If you were to replace every part on an average car it would cost over $100, The customer was advised prior to the tow that if they chose not to have us work on their car they would be responsible for the tow The customer did not have us work on their car therefore they are responsible for the tow

Mr [redacted] states that he did not authorize AAMCO to establish credit in his name for the repair of his mother's automobileHe applied for a [redacted] Bank credit card over the phone with my managerTo receive this line of credit he gave my manager the following information: The High School he graduated from His Social security # Date of birth Driver's License# Driver's License expiration date His address Income information Plus other questions He also contacted the manager to ensure when the vehicle would be completed and that the repairs would be under the credit limitIt is obvious that Mr [redacted] knew he was applying for credit to repair his mother's vehicle

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. It appears they are once again grasping at straws on the issueI have one valid questionIf this question gets answered properly and accurately then I will submit to leaving AAMCO alone In their vast experiance and knowledge of transmissions they are telling everyone and believe that crack has everything to do with the performance of the transmission I.Eit wont go into reverseI want someone to tell me that that little fracture changed all of the work they did and made the transmission inoperable, "without lying" The truth is, [redacted] is still mad I went to corporate and has gone from professional to a personal issueI could have lied and said the crack was there when I went to install the transmission after picking it up from the establishment, I didn'tI was honest and for that I am being crucifideI will stay honestIf I was trying to cover something up I would have done just that, LiedI just want someone to grow up so I can get my transmission fixed correctlyIt has been 1/months now and they are hoping I go awayI wont until its made rightUntil I can drive my vehicle without flaw from the transmission they screwed up Thank you ***, ***, [redacted] and everyone else for the smoke and mirrorsThe transmission could have been right by now with all of the effort that is being put into the lies Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowNote that he lied about recommending the alignment and my friend who was with me can verify that he offered to do the alignment for $not $I will definitely never go there againThey have proven to be inconsiderate liersI will definitely tell everyone I knowLet people know that they will lie to you and anyone who you talk to about themI would've never refused an alignment if it had been explained to me that and why I needed it at the time of my service.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, [redacted]

To whom it may concern, I [redacted] operation manager with AAMCO total car care actually had the pleasure of serving this customers needs on the invoice and day in questionMs [redacted] had a 12: appointment which she showed up at 12:which we never hold it against a custome due the fact we understand circumstancesShe initially was very pleasant we explained her car need a special grade oil 0wand costs would be increased for that oil she gladly accepted to continue service she was explaine the service would take min for completionNever did she communicate she was on a time constraint or lunch break until the end of the serviceApproximately 12:Ms [redacted] started to become upset because she felt we were a min lube center which we are not nor want to beShe was final billed out at 12:which was min from time of her original intake so we were very efficientShe before she left asked my manager if she could get oil change for free of which he asked me and I refused there was no basis for whichshe was due a free oil changeI feel this is a case of buyers remorse and we followed process to a teeLater that day she called me and asked once again for charges to be refunded and again I refused at this point she threatened Revdex.com and hung up sincerely [redacted]

From: [redacted] *** < 204);"> [redacted] >Date: Wed, Nov 26, at 3:PMSubject: Complaint ID [redacted] To: [email protected] Hello, My name is [redacted] **I filed the complaint [redacted] on 25.NovemberI have since resolved the matter with AAMCO ( [redacted] ), and would like to close the complaintUnfortunately, I see no way of doing that through the website, the complaint page, or in response to the message I received on my "profile" stating that the business has been contactedI tried to call your phone number, but was told that "there were no operators" by the automated service. Please close this complaintIf verification is needed, I can be reached at this e-mail address (the same I used to file the complaint), or by phone at ###-###-####Thanks, [redacted]

Revdex.com spoke to Dwayne at business and the following was relayed: We installed a used transmission at his requestIt was defective and we had to wait to get a replacementWe were sent bad transmissionsHis car was fixed under warranty, he felt it was not fast enoughHis transmission was rebuilt at no charge and he has had his vehicle for a while now

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Their account is not correctWhat really happened was the following:On April 3, 2017, I called AAMCO because I was having trouble with my transmissionThey sent a tow to pick up my vehicle from my residence to their shopWhen they first inspected my car, I was told it needed a new transmission (quoted a little over 1800)I told them I didn't have that money so they suggested financingAll that week I was playing phone tag with them, trying to find out if my financing had been approvedAt this point I was told that they just had to "run the financing approval", leading me to believe that it was guaranteedHowever, I was still worried that it would be declined so I told them time and time again, to not do work on the car until the financing was approvedAt that point I was told they were "behind on other repairs".By now, my car had sat at their shop for an entire week and they would never call me with an updateI had to constantly call them, even though they kept saying they'd call me.Later on, Monday the 10th of April, I was told that in order to get a proper quote for financing, they had to thoroughly inspect my vehicleTo which I concededLater on that same day a man by the name of Nick called me and gave me a breakdown of repairsThe cost then shot up to over $3,AT that point I specifically told him to NOT do the repairs unless I was approved for financing because I couldn't pay for it otherwiseI repeated this several times throughout the conversationNick then told me that Jason would call me back in minutes to get my information to run the financingJason never called meYesterday, April 11th, I called Jason and asked about doing the financing, and he did it at that pointLater on that day he called me to tell me that I had gotten rejected and asked if I had a co-signerI told Jason, "I will call you back first thing tomorrow morning with my final answer because I'll have to see if I can or cannot get a cosigner."Later that night, knowing that I would not be able to get a cosigner, I made arrangements to junk the vehicleThis morning, April 12th, I called AAMCO to find out how much I would have to pay for the tow and the inspection work and to inform them that I was going to junk the car. That's when Jason told me THEY DID the repairs to my car and are now trying to stick me for over $3,in repair fees. The mechanic, Nick, claims that he has me on a recording saying that he COULD do the work on the carThis is what Jason claims he saidSo, I told Jason, "Well, if that is true, THE GET THE RECORDING AND PLAY IT! Then you'll really hear what I said SEVERAL TIMES during the conversation, which was that I needed the financing."I did not authorize them to do any repairs on my vehicle verbally or in writing, because (1) there was no guarantee I would get financing (2) I never even made it to their store as I did not have a way to get there. It is very unethical what they have done and I should not be held liable for work I DID NOT authorize; verbally OR writtenThere's nothing which has my signature or anything like that, nothing that shows that I ever agreed to anything other than them diagnosing the car and trying to get my financing approved Regards, [redacted]

To whom it may concern,I [redacted] operations manager with AAMCO total car care spoke with several family members with the [redacted] family yesterday of which non were cordial with me what so everCall#was with [redacted] explaining her issues with her transmission and asking if it were under warranty, after doing research on repair made on 02/26/I found a invoice on a transmission repair we madeThe customer was advised the transmission really needed a complete overhaul and she stated she could not afford that which a estimated cost on this overhaul was $dollarsCustomer requested we only repair exactly what was broken inside and reseal transmission for she only had $dollars to work withSo we did make repair as per her request also advising he that due to fact were doing a temporary repair there would be no warrantyAt this point she got irate because I didn't tell her what she wanted to hear hung up on me Call #A man that identified himself as her father cursed and cussed me out and said id I didn't overhauledtransmission he was going to file law suit on us then hung up2Min later and #call Was a lady identifying herself as [redacted] 's mother she was very sweet at first the again when I told her it was not warrantied she wouldn't let me get a word in the conversation edgewise After min of her ranting and rudeness I made a offer for resolve we would be willing to apply the she spent on temporary repair towards a complete overhaulThat is as far as we are willing to go with this period Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Wasn't suppose to be charged for diagnostic because I informed the worker(Jason & Owner) that the problem was the ignition switch. Also,Jason called me an stated that the housing was not salvageable because it was broken.Which is a lie..When I got to the shop to pick up my vehicle.I asked to see the part that was broken.Upon look & inspecting the part..Realized the housing was in good workin condition & only the Actuator Rod was brokenAnother guy who worked in the shop told the parts didn't come apart it was one unit which is also a lie(they are seperate parts & sold seperately also)..The Owner also charged me for the same part I found online for 189.99..then confessed that the part only cost him but he upcharged meThe Owner and his works lied to me & overcharged meI still have the part removed from my carIt shows nothing is wrong with the housingJust the rod was broken. It can be removed by taken out the two screws that holds it in place Regards, [redacted]

to whom it may concern,I can not find resolution with this customer in reguards to this repair orderThis is a privately owned store and you have reached the operations manager for these locations so there will be no escalating to a "higher level" I the customer chooses to no longer be a customer we are sad to here that but do understandThe processes were all followed she authorized repairs there will be no refund due to fact we can not find any negligence on our behalfWith that being said we do not have a time guarantee and sometimes jobs can take longer than expected we truly apologize for your misunderstanding of thisWe thankyou so much for your opinions and will take them under advisement for future [redacted]

I am working with this customer and his father to resolve this problemI hope to have more info next weekThank You Jeff C [redacted] AAMCO Transmission

Picture of transmission (attached) after customer broke fixed and tried to hide with spray paint

I am [redacted] representing Aamco transmission and total car care and this is our side of story as we seen itFor the most part our stories match however Mr [redacted] has left out many details such as when he installed the transmission he didn't get it lined up to bell housing and torque convertor and ended up putting so much pressure on transmission case that the case crackedAfter this he noticed he had made this mistake he took transmission somewhere and had case welded then reinstalled to find something was damagedAt this point he brings transmission back to my store states it does not work also at time not mentioning that he had cracked transmission and had it welded for it was not noticeable from great weld and paint job to cover it upSo our builder inspects transmission to find crack in case which possible could have damaged transmissionWe call customer and report our findings and at first he denies to making weld repair so my manager terminates phone call because he feels customer is being deseptive and gets me involvedI make a call to the gentleman and explain our process for tear down and inspections on transmission and that it would have been impossible for us to have missed a crack in transmission, he now at this point tells me the truth and also tells me that that damage he made in no way would have caused damage to unit Now all things considered we still offer to help him out and offer to get him on road even though this wasn't a workmanship issue on our partWith corporate attorney [redacted] and myself and customer on a three way conference call we offered to completely redo the transmission using parts from broke case unit and his used case and only charge him a additional dollars in labor as a customer good will, Mr [redacted] at this point started using profanity at both of us so we terminated phone callWe at Aamco strive for great customer service and would love to resolve this complaint with him within reason [redacted] OPERATIONS MANAGER NEO AUTOMOTIVE AAMCO TRANSMISSIONS

Revdex.com:
At this time, I have not been contacted by AAMCO regarding complaint ID
***.A few other facts in the caseAfter the transmission was torn down to find the problem it has been found that the Torrington Bearing was not installed during the original rebuild of the transmission by Springfield Aamco and that was why the transmission failed again

I
am aware that this complaint has been closed with the customer’s comments. I
would appreciate if you would add the center’s position to the file. Mr***
***, the
franchisee was very willing to assess the problem the customer was
having. Mr*** was advised that if he brought the vehicle into the
center they would gladly diagnose his problem. If he had a transmission problem
after the expiration of the warranty, they would offer him price consideration.
Should the customer decide to accept this offer, he can contact the AAMCO center
directly
