Dwain W was extremely positive - offered us options - explained what could be done - and, FIXED/SOLVED the situation/problems! (He worked on an electrical problem in our home once before (years ago - he remembered us and we remembered him!) and he solved that problem as well! We are THOROUGHLY SATISFIED with all of the service from ABLE and their personnel!!

Kyle was very professional and did an amazing job. He was on time and let us know what to expect throughout the installation of our tankless hot water heater. We would highly recommend him.

8-22-16 Called Able Services 8:30am, said Bryan B[redacted] would be here between 10:00am and 2:00pm. Bryan was here around 11:30am. Bryan was here in April 2015. The heater keeps going out. He checked the heater and said it would be best if we got the whole new kit to make sure this stops happening. Bryan called Bradford White Corporation and asked permission to use kit as heater is still under warranty. They okayed it and Bryan started putting new kit in. He was done by around 2:00pm, cleaned up and said good by.

We had some major plumbing and sewer issues which we planned to repair ourselves. After digging over 15 feet we decided to call someone in. We had been without water or sewer for 5 days, Kyle C from Able Plumbing showed up, in a crisp white shirt. I was devastated, I thought he was only here to provide an estimate. When asked when the job could be started he replied immediately. What a lifesaver. Once Kyle realized how long we had been without water/sewer he said he would do whatever it took to get us back up and running asap. It was a project. He called in extra help and worked late into the evening. Early the next morning he started in again. I can't thank you enough Kyle!

I've needed an electrician twice since I moved into my current home. Dwain W was the man who came both times. He was prompt and polite. I was pleased with his work and will request him again if I need an electrician.

Able Plumbing and Electric Home Services are professional and very price competitive. We have had both [redacted], plumber and [redacted], electrician at our home on separate occasions. They were both prompt, had alternate money saving suggestions and we felt comfortable with them in our home. We whould not hesitate to call them again for any upcoming needs we may have. The were also kind enough to put up with our 1 yr old Vizsla, who will be in puppydom for another 2 years. Able support staff does not get enough recognition. They to are easy to schedule with, courteous and genuinely happy to have our business.

Ben did an excellent job repairig my fried electrical outlet, and gave me great advice about how to avoid future complications, which of course I followed. He even agreed to take on a bit more work and change out some mismatched outlets (color) while he was here. He was very efficient, polite, and capable. Now all my outlets look and operate wonderfully! Thanks, Ben!

10/26/15 On phone appt. I was given an 8-11a.m. window for arrival on day available. The company called me this a.m. @ 8:40 to advise that plumber Dale O. would be arriving at 9:15, which I appreciated. On time, cheerful & knowledgeable, Dale changed the valves in both waterlines to the laundry room clothes washer, along with the worn hoses. And he also cleared the washer line screens at hose ends, restoring normal flow to our old machine, preserving it for maybe a couple more years.
Kudos to Able, this is the 3rd time I've had their plumbing personnel in over the last 2 or 3 years, and every encounter has been highly satisfactory.

My judgment of this company is based on my experience with a single plumber whom I have worked with over the past 5 years. He has replaced 2 toilets, a shower faucet, pipes under a bathroom sink, clean-out plugs for the main sewer line, re-installed an old wall-hung bathroom sink after is was removed to facilitate repainting, installed a new kitchen faucet and waste disposal that was challenging to access (while recovering from a back injury), replaced stems for 2 old Crane Dial-ese faucets (a process that has baffled less experienced plumbers), and offered advice about a planned replacement of a 60-year-old bathtub faucet that will require cutting through a plaster wall. All of the work was accomplished professionally and neatly. The fixtures that the company provides (Toto toilets and Wolverine Brass faucets) are top quality.

The confidence that I place in this plumber is the main reason that I continue to work with this company and am not tempted to look for a lower-priced one.

Dale brought a new kitchen faucet to replace my old leaking one. His choice for replacement was excellent and his presentation was lucid and accurate. I chose it without hesitation. The installation was neatly done and finished in a timely manner. I'm very pleased with the product, with Dale, the installation, and with Able Plumbing.

Bryan B helped us with an issue that is a bit unusual. We are new to Paradise and my wife is allergic to chlorine in the water and we needed some plumbing work completed so I could connect a filter to remove the chlorine. He took care of the plumbing connections so I could complete the job. He was very pleasant and instructive on what needed to be done. There were issues I was not aware of so I appreciated that he took care of all the details. We would be happy to have Bryan B. out anytime we have a plumbing issue. Thanks Bryan!
