We couldn't be more pleased with Bryan's installation of a new hot water heater. Our confidence in his work increased by the minute as he systematically removed the leaking old heater and taking all considerations into account, drew from his well equipped van the materials necessary and with some help from his assistant, went about the business of quickly and efficiently replacing the old with the new. Worth noting is his pleasant, soft spoken manner. He answered all questions, offered suggestions and instructions, and seemed to enjoy an exchange of histories, experiences and small talk. We highly recommend Bryan, for every reason.

Dwain W arrived promptly on a Saturday night after I had a power outage in part of my home. He was courteous, professional, even put covers over his shoes, quickly diagnosed the problem, offered me options for resolution, and convenient payment choices. He accomplished the tasks quickly, quietly, showed me what needed to be done, how he accomplished it, and my evening was minimally disrupted. I was very happy to find someone who could come out on a weekend at short notice (he actually drove 2 hrs each way). He even replaced furniture I had moved out of the way so he could work, and I had not expected that final kindness. Excellent job Dwain!

Bryan A (plumbing) and Dwain W (electrical) were both very helpful and professional. I would use this business again.

Ben and his sidekick,martin went above the call of duty helping me with my electrical problem. They were professional that made me feel very relaxed when working with power tools in my home. Both had a great sense of humor, that made the project seem to go along smoothly.

This is the second time that we used Able, the first was with Dale on the plumbing side. We tried to share our thoughts for Dale but the system wouldn't allow it at the time. I would recommend Able to anyone.

Bryan B accurately diagnosed our sewer problem and encouraged us to see what our HEIS insurance coverage would do. When we got a run around from HEIS, Bryan returned to remove a root from our line and repair the connection that had become damaged and misaligned. We had a very positive experience with Able Plumbing. Technicians are professional, courteous, and have an outstanding work ethic and understanding of plumbing issues. Bryan was very good about telling us about what he found and how he was going to correct the problem - his work was very outstanding.

Able Plumbing & Electrical was able to send someone out the same day I called. Dale from Able Plumbing was on-time, respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, I was very happy with the service because of his experience he was able to problem solve my leaky faucet nozzle.

I am not one to typically write reviews, but for this one I will. Mikey B. from Chico CA was my technician on my hot water heater and he did a wonderful job. Showed up on time, was a professional and got it running in no time. I would recommend him to my friends.

Able was the second company called, as the first never called back. The tech that arrived was Bryan B. He was very friendly, and after some time, it was clear he knew what he was talking about. My leak issues were a mystery, but after some investigation, he pin-pointed the issue with a high degree of certainty. Feeling confident with his conclusion, I pulled the trigger and had him conduct the work... and he was right! My house no longer leaks 1,200 gallons of water a day and I can sleep easy tonight!
