Bryan B was great to work with. He is a positive professional. He addressed our immediate need to have the sewer blockage cleared and provided options for a permanent solution. He went above and beyond, not only cleaning our drain but providing camera view to identify our problem area without additional charge. He left area around the cleanout clean and covered.

We had excellent service from Brian A. at Able Plumbing. He came within an hour of our call, and fixed the problem quickly.

Very professional. Company called the day of service to advise of planned arrival time. They arrived as scheduled. Wore shoe coverings to protect flooring. Explained the work that would be required and provided written estimate prior to starting work. They had everything with them to complete the job within a reasonable amount of time and cleaned up after themselves before they left. I would recommend them and use again.

The dispatcher from [redacted] called and let us know the approximate arrival time, which was nice. [redacted] actually arrived a little bit before the 'gestimated time.
He is very knowledgeable and personable, explaining what he was going to be doing as well as giving us choices about what was going to be done ie costs.
Very efficient and left no mess/s.

In no way am I surprised that Able Services has a A+ rating with 0 complaints. (Able Plumbing, with Bryan A. in my case) I'm not one to have work done by others but in this case it was too big a job for me and it was time to bring in a professional. Bryan A. was as good of a repairman as you could hope for and provided a great value for the cost of the job. I will be calling on him again in the near future for another fairly sizable project to correct "interesting choices" made by plumbers before we owned the house.

Bryan B. has repaired a hot water heater, installed a faucet, given good advice about a toilet seal. He checked my water pressure and found my pressure regulator was old and rusty. Rather than replace it, he calibrated it for maximum and told me to give it a couple of months...it may loosen up itself. He is respectful, friendly, prompt, and a master of his trade.

We had an emergency plumbing problem at 7:30 at night. Able Plumbing answered quickly and took the details of our situation. Had a plumbing issue on a Sunday that required water shutoff to my house. Called Able Plumbing for a service call. The repairs by Bryan B. were performed promptly and professionally. I was very happy with the service Bryan provided.

We had a high pitched electric sound in our house that seemed to come out of nowhere. It persisted for two hours. We thought that we had investigated every likely cause before Dwain arrived. We were stumped but Dwain was able to diagnose and solve the problem quickly.

Solution: Call Able Plumbing, now! Hope at the office scheduled me for service in minutes and then notified me when help was on its way; a very helpful and friendly voice on the phone. "Super Plumber" Bryan B. arrived within hours and in minutes diagnosed the problem, the cost of the repair was known and understood, and in very little time, a 79 year-old sink pipe with a hole in it the size of Texas (simple "old age"), is replaced. "Knowledgeable" Bryan B. speaks advanced plumbing and knows his profession. "Professional" Bryan B. is a plumbing educator, no questions unanswered, he wants YOU to know exactly what's going on. Brian B. had to crawll under our mobile to repair a cracked water valve. Arriving in a timely manner he was in and out of the crawl space with an estimate and pictures of the job. Explained repair work right along,which included extra repairs, at no extra cost.Brian B. was professional,informative and friendly. Loved his pictures and videos of the repair work.Will be happy to use Able Pluming in the future, should the need arise. Lois W.
