THe man that did my service was very polite and cleanHe entered the house with the plastic shoe guards and went right to workhe worked inside first then went outsideHe cleaned the outside unit very very goodI have never had anybody clean the outside unit like he didI enjoyed having this service done for the first time everChris is very good at his job!!!!!

Had a repair main who came out did annual cleaning of my unitsVery friendly and did the outstanding jobI think his name is Tony had a good report for him Came out on 12/1/

My technician arrived on time Dave was courteous and professional He didn't assume I knew (or did not know) the details for the service call and sufficiently provided enough information to address any needs I may have had
I requested that he show me the humidifier filter and he didn't take it personally as a challenge (I simply was curious what it looked like a year later I had already committed to securing a replacement.)
He was more of a consultant/advisor than someone that was here just to do a job I appreciated that he shared his knowledge

I have had several installations done by Academy Air including central air conditioning, water heater, humidifier and furnaceI have always been extremely pleased with the service and skills of all of their techniciansThey arrive on time, install and test the component to make sure it's functioning correctly, and upon completion, the work site was left neat and clean Carlos C was the most recent technician provided by Academy Air and he exemplified all of the traits aboveYou wont be disappointed with this company!

Excellent service with no problems. Since they took over Fahey Heating, I have
been with Academy Air and had two 3 check ups on my Heating and Air condtioning
and one repair to a blower fan and its motor. Prices are rational and reasonable and
the technicians they have sent out have been competent, neat and very thorough.
In the case of the repair, the cost and the options were clearly stated as well
as the cause of the blower and blower motor failure. My technician in the repair
was Brad, a very nice guy who answered all my question completely.

Academy Air technicians have always been on time, communicate clearly what they are doing and what else needs to be done. They are pleasant and knowledgeable and I feel comfortable letting them into my home.

Dave was great. Was on time, professional and very thorough. Have used this services for few years now and always done great job.

We have responded to the complaint. We have been working with the consumer and offered to move the thermostat. We upgraded the thermostat to wireless and he wanted reimbursement on the coil and we did honor that and did a calculation on...

the house to verify it was correct. We believe this issue has been taken care of.

The company service technician came for scheduled maintenance on time. He did a thorough check of our AC, made adjustments, and told me results. He was courteous and professional. He spent about an hour on the call. We have been satisfied with the service.
