We have been customers of Academy Air for over 10 years and continually pleased w/ the company's service. Mark is a great representative of the company - always thorough, professional and personable. He is also very tolerant and friendly with our two dogs which is very important to me. We recommend Academy Air and our service representative Mark to any potential customer.

Terry [redacted] had a solution to my problem of almost 30 years and Mike and Joe carried out the solution. I am very satisfied with my new system and Mike and Joe were very professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with Academy Air.

David C came out today to service out furnace. He introduced himself at the door, put on the protective foot wear and asked if there were any concerns with the unit. He maintained the same level of professionalism during the entire call. Call duration was what he said it would be. I would recommend David C for any customer.

My service call this AM was with Mark G.--He is very professional and efficient. I feel he trats my AC/Furnance maintenance like it was his own--whenever I need a service call I always ask for Mark--he is great!!!

Academy Air was the first name that I called (there was a sticker on my furnace) for emergency service approximately 3 years ago. Since then they have installed a totally new unit and done maintenance per agreement, and did not hesitate to renew my maintenance agreement. I never hesitate in referring friends to utilize their services. I'd also like to give a special thanks to Josh L. He was very patient with my questions and answered each one to my satisfaction. Nice to get some quality service and treatment!

Carlos was excellent. He was polite and knowledgeable. My appointment time was confirmed and Carlos arrived right on time.

Mel is the service person that come to my house for the spring tune up and cleaning of my air conditioner. He arrived on time. He was very polite and courteous and I enjoyed talking to him for a couple of minutes after he was finished with his work. I would definitely welcome him back to my home for any future appointments with Academy Air.

David was very efficient, courteous and polite. He even saved me money by telling me we didn't need a new humidifier.

Our technician Brad did a excellent job servicing our two HVAC units. Very courteous, clean, and efficient.

He showed up at his appointment on time and was cognizant about putting on shoe shields from soiling or dirtying my floors. He checked my humidifier and advised me that I would probably have to replace the water pad inside of the unit next year. Replaced my filter, cleaned out the unit, and checked all the connections. He was courteous and the service check took about 1 hour to complete his diagnosis.

Just wanted to say during routine yearly maintenance check up Sean with Academy Air Heating & Conditioning saw a rusting in our heat exchanger and diagnosed the potential carbon monoxide hazard. He was able to show me what he was seeing inside furnace and I was able to take photo of this serious problem in our 16 year old furnace. I took a photo on my smart phone sent it to my husband and he then contacted me and spoke to my husband as he explained problem better than I could. We were very pleased to agree to new furnace and Mike G. came next day to install the new furnace Both Mike and Sean get an A+ from me. We have been long time customers of Alro/Academy and would continue to use them for our furnace and air conditioning.

Academy Air has maintained my HVAC system for several years and have proven to be very thorough and knowledgeable. My service technician, Mike, reflected those high standards as well.

The technicians are friendly & courteous. They did not push additional services. They give low cost recommendations the homeowner can do themselves.

Our aging air conditioner went out during this unusually hot June after someone else had just serviced it. Carlos L. from Academy Air extremely helpful, got our AC running again relatively quickly and didn't even complain about our constantly barking dogs or having to clean up someone else's mistakes. He even took a few extra minutes to explain why his repairs would be more effective (read: what the other guy did wrong) and what we should be doing to make sure the unit lasts through the hot summer.

cannot control their schedule or their callback schedule. Our service manager listened to her concerns and even scheduled the inspection with her and the city. She later called back to reschedule this inspection too. The final conversation with the homeowner was on 2-23-15 after receiving the Revdex.com complaint. On this call the client again said how happy they were with the technicians, comfort advisor, and the installation crew. She said she has used us for years and was always happy. The service manager reviewed the inspection process again with the client and explained that we could only schedule with the city and then she had to be available for the inspector. Client and company now agree on what the process is and client was satisfied at this time and felt bad for filing complaint with Revdex.com because the concern was not with Alro Heating & Cooling.
