Jason was great! He gave us a very reasonable estimate. He showed up on time and went right to work. He fully inspected the roof and attic prior to coming up with a plan of action (1 company that came out did not even get on the roof to look). He did not try and up-sell us on additional services/products. He recognized they issues we discussed and fixed the problem. We had a leak due to water pooling in a very tricky spot. He fixed the leak and prevented water from pooling in the future. We also had a ridge vent installed. I am very pleased and I will be recommending Accent/Leaksmith to anyone that asks.

This companny was great! From the first call to job completed they were nice, fair, honest, informative and a pleasure to deal with! I dont have a single complaint! They helped deal with insurance, helped me decide what was best for my house and did an excellent job on the install. The crew was great as well, nice to my kids, quick, clean and very respectful of my family and my property. I couldnt ask for a better company to deal with. Accent Roofing did a fantastic job with my new roof. They were extremely professional, and quick to answer my many questions. They were also very helpful in coordinating the insurance aspect, and helping to ensure I had all the necessary paperwork to provide for my mortgage company. We had to cancel the initial scheduled date because of rain, but they were quick to reschedule to get the job done. Roof was put on in one day, and they left the property clean as if they'd never been there. My new roof is beautiful, and I would highly recommend Accent Roofing to friends and family.

Tom had told me he wanted their service to be the best contracting experience that I'd ever had. Well, it was great. Communication with Tom and Phillip and the office was clear and timely. Our roof looks great and a week later I've not found a single nail around the house. I thought the price was very good compared to other offers. Phillip was great to work with. He came over, sat down with me and explained everything in great detail. I knew everything I was paying for and he made sure that I understood the scheduling and every aspect of this process. His team did a great job on "roof day"!! They moved all my plants , deck furniture and covered all my bushes. Even gave me the head up as to when I could let my dogs out for potty breaks! Their foreman and workers were very kind and cleaned up everything really well. All in all a stellar experience! I highly recommend them.

Accent Roofing (Lawrenceville, Ga) is a family business. I had some storm damage to my roof and dealt with Tom S, who is one of the owners of Accent, along with his son, Phillip. (The company was recommended to me by our association president who'd had his roof redone recently. He said they were terrific.

The insurance company, because this roof could not be replaced with same roofing (this roof was discontinued years in 2010 due to product issues); advised me they would replace the roof.

Accent Roofing made my experience a pleasant one from the start. They provided me with an estimate and advised the estimate included some replacement of roof decking should there be any issues. I thought it was very reasonable. They made three contacts with me via email and phone prior to the date to replace the roof. (Barring weather of course.) They confirmed two days prior by phone, advising the date when the delivery of materials would arrive and where best to park. They advised what to expect when the crew arrived on Saturday.(August 5th). I have to say, they arrived before 8 a.m. as advised. They tarped all around the house and even parts of the porch. They removed all hanging plants and lighting around the front. The crew was polite and helpful. The foreman on the job advised me to feel free to ask any questions. They worked diligently and by six p.m. they had completed the roof with my new (brown) architectural shingles. Looked great and the cleanup was exceptional, using the magnet around the entire house a number of times, to pick up stray nails so my dogs wouldn't step on them. I have to tell anyone reading this review that if you need a new roof, I would definitely recommend them after my experience. Even my adjuster advised me when I told him of my choice, that he'd never heard a bad thing about them from any of his insured's; that they appeared to have a lot of pleased customers. I am one of them.

Needed a new roof due to storm damage. Roof was asphalt shingles and 18 years old. The guys at Accent Roofing were professional from start to finish. They worked directly with my insurance agent so I didn't have to pay anything to have the roof replaced. They had to be very careful about what day to put it on due to all the rain we had been having. At no time was my roof exposed to any rain because they got the job done so quick. They removed my electric roof fan and the 5 or 6 metal vents and replaced it with a rigid attic vent system. That will keep the roof cooler because it draws air from the soffit all the way up to the ridge cap along the entire roof. Also, they moved my dryer vent because the builder had installed it in a bad spot. When I asked for them to bring out two other shingle colors because I couldn't make up my mind on the color; they had them there the same day. Any questions I had were answered right away. The roof looks beautiful & makes the house look brand new. This company is the best.

Very satisfied with our new roof from Accent Roofing. Communication is a strong suit of the company. Whatever the reason or situation was and whomever we were in contact with we were always keep in the loop with follow-ups and follow-throughs.

One particular situation which 'sold' us on Accent Roofing was when the lower air conditioner went out while the roof was being replaced. The quick version was the company was willing to bring in an HVAC repair man on a Sunday and put our family up in a hotel until the issue was fixed. At the time we were not even sure it was caused by the roofers. Turns out it was not and it was just a coincidence, but the fact they we willing to move out-of-pocket speaks volumes. Nevertheless, based upon our experiences we have zero concerns with recommending Accent Roofing and for utilizing them in the future as needed.

Their price was not able to be matched by any other company, and the quality of products was far superior to any other. I had some hail damage to my roof, I was given several roofing companies. One was Accent Roofing Service. I called them first, and they came out the very next day. They took care and time to make sure I under stood and answered all my questions. They walked me though the process with my insurance company and they came back out to my home when my insurance adjuster came out to look at my roof. They completed the job in one day. The site supervisor met with me and told me every step they were going to do. When they finished, they cleaned up everything in and around my yard. Accent Roofing did a OUTSTANDING JOB!!!!

From start to finish they (Accent Roofing) kept me inform and did a outstanding job. Roof look 100 times better with my new architectural shingles. But here the detail: crew came out bright and early at 730 and started getting everything ready. By 1100 the whole roof was tore down, around 600pm the roof was complete and done. Did a walk through with the supervisor and everything was clean up well. I would highly recommend them and theirs excellent staffs and customer service was great.
