Accent Roofing Service

I contracted Accent Roofing on two different occasions, once 2 years ago for a roof replacement on my home and yesterday to replace my mother's. On both occasions I requested 3 estimates from different roofing companies. There were other bidders that had "fancier" literature, but ultimately Accent Roofing was the lowest bid by thousands. Obviously, I would not have contracted them twice, if I was not pleased with their quality and professionalism.

Accent Roofing Service just replaced my roof, and I had a fantastic experience working with Bobby W throughout the process. Bobby inspected my roof at the initial consultation, and he provided a thorough explanation of his finding and recommendations. I was provided with a detailed, itemized quote for the proposed job, and Bobby was readily available to patiently answer my many questions while I made my decision. The crew did an excellent job completing and cleaning up after the work was done, and Bobby was on site to ensure I was 100% satisfied upon its completion. I'm a very happy customer, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of roof repair or replacement.

It was indeed a very pleasant experience I had with Accent Roofing. I had a lot of roofing companies knocking on my door and talked to me but none of them impressed me until Phillip was referred to me by a friend who was also pleased with the job that Accent Roofing performed on his roof, and I decided to give them a try.

I then called and talked with Phillip and his knowledge in the matter, and the salutary advice, explanation, and responses to questions I asked made me to instantly go with Accent Roofing. On the appointment date, Phillip was early and was waiting for the insurance guy. They both went up to the roof and performed a thorough inspection. Phillip helped me to select the best shingles and color for my roof.

February 09, 2018, the working crew led by "Les Honson" the supervisor, very cool and polite gentleman came up before the expected
time and performed a wonderful job. Les Honson went even in the artic and performed some additional inspection just to make sure everything is fine. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ACCENT ROOFING, because they are professional, reasonable and honest. Thumbs UP Accent Roofing

Accent roofing installed a roof at my house today - what a great company! The quote Bobby gave me was accurate and Les, the project manager, explained everything they were doing and even took pictures. The entire crew was polite and very neat - they left my yard spotless! Over all good experience. We had our the shingles replaced on our whole roof, water damage repaired in some parts, and a new chimney cap installed. Had a few miscommunications due to having so many things being worked on and needing 2 different crews of workers, but Phillip was on top of everything and got it all squared away quickly. We especially appreciated Bobby coming out to meet with our insurance adjustor to get as much of our claim covered as possible. Roof looks beautiful!

After the hurricane hit in Georgia and caused damage to our Physicians' Office, I spent months looking for a reliable roofing company. We worked with an insurance adjuster who only approved a repair and every roofing company contacted told me that we needed a new roof. I spent months calling around for a company that could be the liaison between us and the insurance company to see if they would approve the full roof. Accent roofing had incredibly rapid response (kind of like the Jimmy Johns of their industry ;-)). They were able to get a public adjuster involved and was able to get a new full roof via insurance. The crew knocked out the job in under 8 hours and did a fantastic clean up job. Will definitely recommend go with ACCENT!

I've owned 13 homes since 1969, had several roofs replaced, and experienced issues with some previous roofers. Accent Roofing did such a great job on my residence in 11-2016 that I had them replace the roof on my rental 12-14-17. Securing 3 estimates on my residence, Accent's was in the middle of the price range at $15,000, but had the most positive reviews and was highly recommended by my neighbor. After they did such good work on my residence, I did not hesitate to use them again this year. Vice president of my HOA, I have watched other roofers take several days to replace one roof. Accent did it all in one day with fantastic cleanup. They worked with my insurance on both houses to get interior damage covered. I have highly recommended them to co-workers, friends, family, and my neighbors.

Very satisfied with recent experience. I called Accent because of my good experience with them several years ago. They were fast, but careful to clean up as they went. I was very pleased with the service.

I needed a new roof due to a leak in my garage, and had heard Accent Roofing was one of the best. They were among 3 that gave me an estimate and I will say they were the best priced. When Tommy came to give the estimate, he was very nice and explained the whole process thoroughly and promised the price wouldnt change, and he stuck to his promise. When we decided to go with Accent, everyone made setting everything up very easy. It was only 2 weeks later that they came to install my new roof. They showed up when promised and Marcus, the supervisor for the crew, made sure everything ran smoothly. He made sure I had the right shingles and color, and made sure everything I requested was done. My new roof looks so amazing and I couldnt ask for any better.
