This is a very good company to work with, they listen to all my requests and concerns and made sure I was happy. Dan W my salesperson was very helpful, he explain everything to me. He also did a follow up visit to make sure everything was satisfactory to me

I found Accent Roofing Service through mail advertisement, and after doing some research, decided to call them to replace the roof. Dan W was a wonderful person to work with from the very beginning. He helped walk through the steps necessary including talking to insurance to make sure that everything would run smoothly. He and his team had to spend the entire day working in extreme heat, and afterwards made sure to clean up everything properly. They were great to work with, and I know that if I have any problems with my roof I will definitely go to them.

I used the Revdex.com to locate a few A+ rated roofing companies and selected Accent Roofing to perform the roof repairs needed at my home which was the replacement of vent booths/collars and the roof shingles surrounding them. I selected Accent Roofing because of their personable staff, longevity in the roofing business, and reasonable repair costs. Sandy, in customer service, was friendly and got back to me with answers for the questions I had. Tommy, the owner, was personable and provided a detailed proposal/estimate for the repairs we discussed over the phone. The office confirmed my appointment by phone and email prior to service. Jaime arrived at my home within the arrival window I was given. He explained how the repairs would be made, showed me the materials that were going to be used, and answered any questions I had. While making the repairs, he patiently answered other questions that arose. He also carefully placed all nails into his pockets as they were removed from the roof so they would not enter the lawn. I was very pleased with Jaime's professionalism and humble demeanor, as he was very easy to talk with. Thank you for an over-all good experience Accent Roofing!

Excellent Company - I had a great experience with Accent Roofing as they repaired my roof due to storm damage. Phillip explained the entire process to me before we started, and once the work got going, the job was done in one day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Phillip was very easy to work with, very knowledgeable. He also help me with the approval with insurance paperwork. He responded to my numerous questions text messages/calls in timely many. He came back after the approval and explained the process to me in details. He texted to reminded me of the appointment and told me who the job supervisor will be and what his responsibility was....... Bobby W the Job supervisor called me the morning off to introduced himself and explain what to expect and his responsibly. The work stated after I left for work and only have to wait 2 hrs after I came home for them to finish the job. Bobby did a great job explaining everything that was done and answered as well as all the questions I have about the work itself and other tuff I had questions on house. Phillip S, Bobby W and their crew were very Knowledgeable, friendly and courteous.

They did an outstanding job Overall, from inspection/quote to completed job. Accent Roofing, Phillip S, Bobby W were great. I'm happy to recommend them to anyone who needs a roofing job done or needs help deciding.

Accent Roofing just put on our roof and it was a great experience. From the beginning, Tom, the owner was thorough and communicative. We have a large roof and the goal was to have the entire roof torn off and replaced in one day before the expected heavy rains. Materials were delivered the day before all packaged and neat. 10 workers and the foreman, Les arrived early Saturday morning and worked tirelessly throughout the day. They were prepared for unexpected repairs and did them quickly. They continuously picked up the trash and debris. At 8 pm the sun was trying to set, but they continued to work to get the ridge vents on. At one point, they were using flashlights for last minute details. They worked hard to make sure the nails and trash were picked up. The heavy rains came and the roof was sound. Immediately after the rain, they were back out for touchup and finish work. The communication was excellent at every step. We are very pleased and will recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Couldn't be a better experience! They fought the Insurance comp in order to get them to cover their fare share. Work was superb. Supervisor Les was top notch. The Accent representatives did everything they could to make sure things were perfect!!!

The work team under Les' supervision was so helpful to ensure outdoor furniture was moved, shrubbery was covered prior to the work. Les took personal care and time afterward to inspect every area to ensure quality work and clean up was accomplished. I am impressed with the quality, upgrades and appearance of the new roofing and would confidently recommend this company for the job! Dan W was very professional and courteous during the entire process of getting a new roof. He also followed up to see if I had any complaints during and after the installation. I am very pleased with Accent and I would definitely refer them to anyone that needs a new roof.

Accent Roofing Service just replaced my roof on April 13, 2018. All aspects of the experience were positive from the initial phase of the inspection, dealing with my insurance company, quotes and clearly defining my options for roof replacement. D. W was instrumental in this phase providing insight, responsiveness, options and the upmost professionalism. Always proactivity keeping in contact with me via text or phone to let me know the status of my roof replacement.

As far as craftsmanship, the works was exceptional. The roof was completed as planned with superior detail and expert quality of work. Both supervisors on duty, Les and Bobby, were professional, informative and explained the entire process pre install and after installation. Once the roof was completed, all clean up was completed and a walk through around the house was conducted to review the work to my satisfaction and explain warranty implications going forward 10 years.

My brother referred me to Accent Roofing and the entire process from beginning to end was a great experience. When the job was completed, my yard and house looked just as it did when it started except I now have a beautiful new roof that I am very proud of.
Everyone I worked with at the company was very helpful and Dan was always available to help with all of my questions. He explained the whole process from beginning to end and kept all of his promises.

We had Accent Roofing replace the roof on our home in Loganville, Dan W was our representative and he was excellent. He kept us informed every step of the way and the entire project was planned and executed quickly and professionally. We were very pleased with the crews work and clean up. I have heard of some cases of nails being found after the crews left with some roofing companies, however, they picked up every scrap including nails. They covered shrubberies, moved patio furniture, and left the property better than when they arrived.

Professionalism shown by Michael S. and the onsite Project manager Les H. was amazing not to mention the multiple reminders of appointment and follow-ups. Worked started and completed as promised with a thorough clean-up of premises. I would definitely recommend.

A great company to deal with. Philip was referred to me and came over and gave a very thorough, timely, and fair quote. They worked very well with my insurance company and worked very well with my schedule to squeeze my job into a time where I was in town. Their quality of work was awesome and they did the job in one day, left a Project Manager on site all day to keep me abreast of the progress and the cleanup afterwards was done very thoroughly. A very professional company to work with and I would highly recommend them.

New roof was done on March 2nd. 2018. Very happy with the roof and the whole process.
