This was a great experience! The whole time I deal with accent roofing they were on top on their game! They answered all my calls and questions, they were responsive, efficient, they went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Everyone from the installers, job managers, scheduler, to the general manager was extremely friendly and helpful. They just have that family business mentality where everyone actually cares and loves what they do. I truly cannot be more happier with my experience and more exited about my new roof!

From the day I contacted Accent (Phillip S) to the day my roof was completed (12/04/18), the staff and Owner of this company has been very attentive to my needs. I was dealing with the owner Phillip S directly. Phillip came out and explained the entire process and was extremely helpful in answering my questions. He was very easy to get in touch with anytime I had a question and my questions and concern were answered in a timely manner.
The workers came out early on the morning of December 4, 2018 and got straight to work and finished in one day by 3:00 PM. Austin, the supervisor, was my go-to person on the day of the roofing job and gave me updates throughout the process. He did a great job in explaining everything that was done, what to expect and if there are any issues, what I should do. They did an impressive job and they cleaned up very well afterwards. My Roof Looks Great!! I Love it!!

Great service, skills and workmanship!

Phillip and the guys really knew their roofs. They were very knowledgeable about everything concerning the roof, and they were very patient in answering all my questions.

During the roof replacement, they were very thorough and made sure that no stones were unturned for getting me the roof that I wanted/deserved.

But the most amazing thing is the service after roof completion. They really made sure that I was happy with the results, and went out of their way to resolve any concerns I had with the new roof.

Overall a perfect experience!

This isn't"t enough space to write all the good things I have to say about accent roofing. After having tried to work with 2 other roof contractors I was referred by insurance agent to them and the general manager named Philip . He did in ten minutes what I couldn't get the two other roofing companies to do in terms of quoting me, paperwork ,documents and scheduling . Phillip /Accent Roofing took care of everything including scheduling by phone text and email. It was seemless and easy . Any and all persons besides Phillip I Dealer with were just as friendly ,knowledgeable and efficient. I had some issues to work around but no matter what they were they took care of or worked around them. The roof was installed without a hitch and was done quickly in one day by 3pm. I can't say enough good things about Accent Roofing, Phillip and the entire staff there. Companies like them are hard to find with people of high quality behind them like Accent Roofing . I'd never have anyone else do my roof or refer anyone to anyone but them. They were absolutely awesome on every aspect of the process from beginning to finish . I was dealing with the owner Phillip S directly. He was very easy to get in touch anytime I had a question. He also worked hard in trying to help me go thru their public adjuster to help me get the roof covered thru insurance after they denied it originally. The roof looks good and our leak problems have been resolved. They did a professional job.

Working with Accent Roofing was a great experience. It was very hard for me to put my trust in a company with such a large investment on the line. What a Great Roofing Company. Awesome people and great product! Had my roof done this past month. Accent roofing got it approved thru my insurance. Phillip came out and explained the entire process and was tremendously helpful in answering any questions I had. He called me frequently to update me on everything and the day of roofing went so smoothly. The crew was incredible and finished in one day. Austin was my go to guy the day of roofing and gave me updates every couple of hours. I can not say enough about this company!! Thank you again.

The experience we had with Accent Roofing was without a doubt one of the best experiences we have had working with ANY contractor in our 18+ years of owning our home. Working with our insurance company was proving to be a very frustrating experience (our insurance adjuster was new & overwhelmed) and Danny was very instrumental in getting our claim approved & moving our roof replacement along. Philip got us scheduled and worked to get a roof solution for as little out of pocket as possible. The whole team was phenomenal I would not hesitate to work with Accent Roofing again. Very professional company. Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Accent Roofing as they did excellent work for a competitive price. I recently found out that I needed to have my roof replaced and during this stressful time I reached out to Accent for help. They came out to meet my insurance adjuster and walked me through the process step by step. This communication and guidance helped me to make a usually stressful experience stress free! On the day that my work was done the supervisor walked me through the process and then met with me to inspect the work. I now have a beautiful new roof! Thanks for all your help Accent Roofing!

Back in February, 2018. I had my roof repaired with Accent Roofing and the person named *** repaired the roof and fixed everything including the chimney. After couple months, my roof was leaking again and the company told me they fired *** because he wasn't doing a good job. However, I've been contacting the Accent Roofing several times but all they did was a quick patch each time when they came.

Then, I had my handy man to take a look and he took a lot of photos for the job that wasn't done right, and the quick patches they did with culking. The last time they came and they said I will have to present them my work order in order for them to fully repair my damage. Honestly, I would think the company would keep the work order record due to the warranty instead of asking they customer to provide the work order. But I guess I was wrong.

Lesson learned, will not use this company again and I will share my experience with my friends via social media so they won't have to go through what I been through. I rated 2 stars because at least they have sent someone to do the quick patch each time when I called. However, they never wanted to repair the root cause except for the quick patch, now my roof has a lot of white culking and on the chimney.

*** charged me $1,000.00 to repair the roof and additional $500.00 to repair chimney. Paid receipt dated on 02/19/18.

Accent roofing just finished our roof and they did an awesome job. Mr Dan and his crew were quick and made sure everything was picked up before leaving the house. Would recommend they if you are looking for a reliable roofer.

Wow, 7am the guys were there. It was a full, long day, the roof was the easy part. Clean up was hardest, as the steep driveway and pushing up who knows how many loads. They did, done in one day.

Communication with Dan before was easy, he did what he said he was going to do.

Payment was easy and after they completed the job.

Accent Roofing just did a great job replacing my roof. Mike did an excellent job working with my insurance company and Austin did a great job supervising the work! They were a pleasure to work with! Very pleased with this company!

Accent Roofing made my roofing job incredibly easy. My representative Dan was a huge help throughout the whole process. From making the initial assessment that I may be able to get it covered by insurance, to walking me through the process when my insurance company did in fact pay for a whole new roof, to being very up front with how the installation process would go, and then finally ensuring that the installation went smoothly and that I was pleased. I could not recommend a better roofer than Accent. True customer service.
