The entire workforce at Accent is incredible. I was dreading having to deal with replacing my hail damaged roof - dealing with the insurance company and then getting the work done at a reasonable price and by honest people. Accent made the entire process painless. Everyone was knowledgeable and professional and friendly and reassuring. The work was completed in 1 day and, except for a new roof, you'd never know they had been there. After the first rainstorm there was a very small leak in the ceiling and they came promptly and re-caulked the dryer vent on the roof and there have been several rainstorms afterward and problem solved! The only damage was a small water spot on the living room ceiling which they promised to come back and paint - I have no doubt that they will do as promised. I HIGHLY recommend Accent Roofing.

Recently, our home had a water leak along the roof line, which subsequently led to water damage to the living room ceiling. The roof had been replaced two and half years prior to the leak by Accent roofing and possessed a 10 year labor warranty. When the leak was discovered, Accent Roofing was immediately contacted and sent their team out to investigate and determine a course of repair. Although it was process, Accent Roofing honored their 10 year labor warranty and thoroughly handled the repairs to our home!!! Thank you to Tom, Phillip, Troy, and their team of professionals for repairing our home!!

Accent Roofing was a pleasure to work with. They came out with a fair estimate on our roof, and once the project began they realized the project was going to be bigger than anticipated. Philip kept us in the loop throughout the process, so there were no surprises. We knew what to expect and he explained all our options.

My experience with Accent roofing service is a very positive one. Phillip came to my house on time, looked at my roof and explained the insurance adjusters write up of my roof damage. He assured me I would get the new roof that I wanted (Architectural) within the adjusters estimates. The crew arrived on time and started the landscape cover then Aaron arrived then Creighton and the work began they never stopped till the new roof was complete, what a great crew! The clean up was as advertised they left my yard as clean as they found it. Nothing was damaged. I had a small area of one shingle that buckled and Phillip had the crew back the next day after my call and it was fixed perfectly. The new roof looks amazing. Phillip made follow up calls to make sure I was completely satisfied. Thank you for making this a painless process. I would recommend Accent roofing to anyone looking for a new roof.
