On 12/4/2015, an replacement was set up for the device that specified that the phone was cutting in and out The warehouse received the phone, and after vigorous testing, found nothing wrong with the phone Customer was told that phone was in working order and she would need to pay $return mailing label to receive phone back Upon receipt of complaint, warehouse double checked phone for damage No problems were discovered Phone is outside the 14-day return policy and there is nothing wrong with the phone Customer is not eligible for a full refund or replacement phone Sent out a phone from warehouse thru free smart phone offer and put a rush on it

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint I don't get mail from the address where I am livingit was agreed from the beginningI made my credit card address where my mom lives, so I could receive all mail and inquiries to herI did receive a phone call from [redacted] claiming that they could be able to ship it in different address but they need my credit card to be at the living addressI told them that my credit card is no different address because if they are to contact me for some reason they would send any correspondence where my mom lives, because the guy get frustrated over itI told her why such a thing exist, she said it for privacy reasonI told her that people are facing different kind of problems every day and they have to do things not because they want to but because they need toIt is the need for which I am having such problem and because of unreasonable excuse which you are claiming I am walking without phoneI am sick person and needs assistance and need to be connected with my transportation and because of your policy I won't have any phone now because of you policy which doesn't make senseShe said nothing to that and there was silence and after saying hello hello there was no one and I just hang upThis is the conversation which I had with executive person who couldn't over ride her system for one time only and do the transactionThe lack of complete understanding in meeting me so I would be able to be assisted in my problems was meaningless and I don't know what I am going to do without phone Regards, [redacted]

Unfortunately, we will need more informationFirst, we no longer sell phones in stores, and we have never offered repair services on phonesThis sounds like the phone was purchased at a re-seller of cell phones, which are in no way associated with iwireless, LLCFurthermore, without a receipt, or proof of where these transactions took place, there is little we can doAgain, we do not sell phones anywhere but online at our website, and have never offered repairsAdditionally, [redacted] is mentioned in the complaint, and we are also in no way affiliated with them

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted] ---Dear Revdex.com Representative,I spoke with Robin from Access Wireless on Friday, 1/29/and she was unapologetic, snippy and dishonest.She said Sonia, the Access repthat was rude and terminated my Free Access minutes account, did so in errorSonia was mumbling something about having me submit some document electronically or by a paper oneThis was back in November and she put me on hold for about minutes and was then disconnected.Robin said she has to mail me a new application and that she couldn't do it electronically or just reactivate the mistakenly closed accountThis is not right, there's something else in play hereShe said it has to be paper and mailed so she can handle it directly?I told Robin that I can still access my account online with the phone number and pass code, it has a greeting, Hello [redacted] and has all the same information including showing that I had minutesThey have the same information but changed it to a pay account, although it was poorly done.I told Robin that in December 2013, when they allowed a thief to use my phone number and pass code for a year until I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com , Gay from [redacted] sent me a new phone and gave me her phone number and told me to call her if I ever have any problemsUnfortunately, I can't find her number.Robin's response was that [redacted] and Access wireless are two separate and unrelated companies and were always that wayI told her that's not true because I received the phone in dispute now from I- wireless back in December of and what Gay from [redacted] told me back thenRobin irritably denied that I, and the Revdex.com, dealt with [redacted] back thenI told her that when filing this complaint with the Revdex.com that the two companies were linked.I told here there is no reason that I should have to wait for an application in the mail, fill it out and mail it backNeither the thief or me had to fill out anything, when he stoled it or when I got it back in 2013, thanks to the Revdex.comThat's the only time either of these wireless companies respond to me is due to the Revdex.com being involved.Anyway, I told Robin that I don't like this mailing the appbusiness and she hasn't even mentioned all the unwarranted and harassing texts over the past yearI said I want a new phone and no mailing paperworkShe said the mailing of the paperwork has to be done and she check on the new phone.I had a message, Monday, Febfrom Robin on the contact number that I provided that she can get me a new phone but that she is mailing out the application that dayI received the message late on Monday and was unable to call her yesterday to tell her that I want I'll do the application electronically.There is no reason that after all they have done wrong in the past and present, that I should all of the sudden do a hard copy via snail mailOver two years ago, I didn't have to do anything for themShe stated that it was their mistake that the phone was turned off and they still have all my informationI can access my account as in the pastYou are supposed to recertify every year and they didn't have me do it on Not until I believe last July and it was online.If you would talk to her about not sincerely trying to resolve this matter and lying about, once the account is closed we need a new paper appand that I can't do it electronically nonsense, than I would like you to just list them another time as an unsavory company to deal withAlso as another case they weren't able to resolve reasonably.Robin's phone number at Access Wireless is ###-###-####.My contact number is ###-###-####.Thank You Again, [redacted]

I have spoken to [redacted] and have refunded her card the $which she lost when her account was deactivatedI also let her know that if she wishes to reactivate her account I will assist her in that if she has any issuesShe thanked me for my assistance

i-Wireless called the customer multiple times and was able to reach the customer We explained the enrollment requirements for the Federal Lifeline program are governed by the rules of the program and not something i-Wireless can change We are sending the appropriate forms for the customer that need to be completed and returned We understand that the enrollment process can be challenging and we are committed to assisting as best we can Andy [redacted] VP, Operations

I called [redacted] to make sure he received his phoneI left a message for him to call me at [redacted] .I wanted to make sure he received the phone since the tracking number stated the phone was delivered on 11/04/His account is showing the phone was activated and is working since I left a voice message on it

Ms [redacted] was contacted and explained our corporate policy, which is found on our website, that the name and address associated with the card has to match the name and address on the account, which hers does notUntil this is corrected, there is nothing we will be able to do

Ms. [redacted] – I apologize, as I am currently traveling. I am having my associate reach out to her, again, to resolve. My direction to him is to send her a phone that was tested and verified working before sent out. The issue here is that without actually every receiving the devices she has been having issues with, we are not able to pinpoint the issues with the device. Our policy is to never send a new device without receiving the handset with the issues back first. I am making an exception for Ms. [redacted] .
