We tried reaching out, again today and left a voicemail. His replacement parts have been ordered, per his last voicemail, and they were shipped on 3/4/2016. We have assisted in every way, and when we try to reach him, there is never an answer. Mr [redacted] called once, we ordered the replacement parts, and a message was left with him that this was done. He attempted to call again yesterday after business hours, which we only saw this morning.

We contacted this customer on November 30th by email and left a voicemail for himHe called us back today and has accepted are offer of a new phone.The phone will be shipping out today

I have not yet returned the original phone, as it is inconvenient for me to take time off to mail the phone backI also objected to the company's characterization of offering compensation for my trouble via a free month's service, when the service is free to begin with

On 1/13/your application failed due to a *** benefit duplicateOn 2/08/you applied againThis time the application got denied due to Enrolls within months of the previous service-initiation date are prohibited., Date eligible for enroll:
12/03/2017,CANNOT_ENROLL_WITHIN_12_MONTHS.Which means you have applied and have service with another access service providerSince you are enrolled with another service provider , due to the benefit port freeze per the FCC guidelines, you cannot transfer carriers within twelve months of his activationSince the FCC has a port freeze in place you can’t reapply for service with us until 12/03/I apologize for the misunderstanding ,at this time we can’t bypass the port freeze

I have spoken to *** and explained the phone should be delivered tomorrow 11/04/or Monday 11/06/2017.Verified that the customer has the tracking number of the device.Explained that when the phone was shipped *** didn't scan the package that is why there is no information Verified that
according to our warehouse the phone will be delivered on 11/04/or 11/06/17.He was very thankful for the information

We have spoken with Ms***She was unable to do
any troubleshooting at this time, so I have sent her a replacement phone and a return label to return the defective phoneDue to all of the hassle she has been
through, we have also provided her a $balance for a free month of
service

*** ***I was contacted today 11/by a woman name gay and she explained the reason for the delay in shipping and told me that the phone will be delivered tomorrow or monday but when I asked about the tracking number that I was given and why it still only appeared to be in the pre shipment stage and not recieved yet by ***, she checked it and said that despite what the *** website said, I would still recieve the phone by tomorrow or monday All I basically have at this point is the word of a access wireless associate and so far everything they've told me has been inaccurate

I have been in contact with *** thru email supportWe had the replacement phone sent to him over nightHe received the phone and was able to activate and use the phone

I have spoken to *** * *** I was in the process of taking her application when she stated she will fax it in with all her paperwork and copies of her qualifying programs She stated she would be sending it in on July 11, Explained to her that I would be watching for the
application.She was in complete agreement with this resolution

*** *** ---I think my complaint has been resolved and can now close this complaint as the company rep John *** has contacted me and seems there is some issues with the mail or problems on their end as to why they dont receive any of my mailings for applying for their lifeline program. *** ***
