I have spoken to [redacted] and have refunded her card the $19 which she lost when her account was deactivated. I also let her know that if she wishes to reactivate her account I will assist her in that if she has any issues. She thanked me for my assistance.

Regards,
[redacted]---I was a Access wireless Life Line Assistance customer with the telephone number ###-###-####. I was notified from an associate that my number was off and phone want working for several days I tried without success to contact Access Wireless to find out the reason why the phone wasn't working properly. I submitted emails without any help and eventually I filed a Better Bureau complaint on May 9,2017 and after a few days I received a phone call from an Access wireless representative by the name of [redacted]. In which she offered me to replace the telephone only if she could switch plans which was unreasonable but due to me being a ovarian cancer patient and needing a telephone I accepted the offer under the misinformation the phone would be the same [redacted] phone. I received a substandard model nothing like the [redacted] phone that I had prior to service disruption. It was a Swap and Swindle operation. Once I received the product I prompt informed Ms. Gay that this is not what was stated and unacceptable and deceptive practices. On May 17, 2017 this is the email communication to Access Wireless Hello, This phone is not the phone I had you used deceptive practices I will be returning the miniature phone. I had a [redacted] phone. No more communication needed. You disrespected me as a customer. I will be reporting to the Revdex.com and Federal government in regards to your misrepresentation of customer service and resolution. Sincerely, [redacted]I would love them to no longer qualify as a Line Life Benefit Cell phone Carrier and the Federal Trade Commission and the Federal Government to revoke their contract to people who depend on their cell phone as what it is stated for a life line. To be fined 25,000 for this unlawful swindle practice as a lesson. For some reason the company doesn't appreciate the opportunity to serve the client base and has taken liberties in mishandling the service contract due 2 little oversight. End gov contract

also changed your rate plan to the Talk/Text plan and you agreed to not port your number out from our service for 60 days. Thank you! Your order has been received and will be processed shortly. Your order number is  [redacted].

I would like to have this account #[redacted] because I received a messedup  phone that did not process and had to recharge it and I put in a public area so many many this and it was stolen so Assurance Wireless said they could replace it with their phone after it missing 30 days so I would like I_Wireless to have them to processit with minutes or replace this phone because of this sabby behavor and for me to have another chance to have a I-Phone.

On 12/4/2015, an replacement was set up
for the device that specified that the phone was cutting in and out.  The
warehouse received the phone, and after vigorous testing, found nothing wrong with the
phone.  Customer was told that phone was in working order and she...

would
need to pay $9.99 return mailing label to receive phone back.  Upon
receipt of complaint, warehouse double checked phone for damage.  No
problems were discovered.  Phone is outside the 14-day return policy and
there is nothing wrong with the phone.  Customer is not eligible for a
full refund or replacement phone.   Sent out a phone from warehouse thru free smart phone offer and
put a rush on it.

We have made several attempts to contact Ms. [redacted]. If there is another contact number for her, we will reach out again to resolve the issue.

Regards,
[redacted] ---My complaint has been resolved by the company. Thank you.

Ms [redacted] was contacted and explained our corporate policy, which is found on our website, that the name and address associated with the card has to match the name and address on the account, which hers does not. Until this is corrected, there is nothing we will be able to do.

Unfortunately, we will need more information. First, we no longer sell phones in stores, and we have never offered repair services on phones. This sounds like the phone was purchased at a re-seller of cell phones, which are in no way associated with iwireless, LLC. Furthermore, without a...

receipt, or proof of where these transactions took place, there is little we can do. Again, we do not sell phones anywhere but online at our website, and have never offered repairs. Additionally, [redacted] is mentioned in the complaint, and we are also in no way affiliated with them.

[redacted]I do not see the address change to add the [redacted] in the account.  That is probably why I cannot buy the cards for minutes, texts, and airtime.

I called [redacted] to make sure he received his phone. I left a message for him to call me at [redacted].I wanted to make sure he received the phone since the tracking number stated the phone was delivered on 11/04/2017.
