I was pleasantly surprised at the quick response after calling Ace Home Services for my non-working home a/c. [redacted], the technician, identified the problem right away and took care of it immediately.
Ace Home Services is the very BEST,
They do our P M 's once or twice a year so we are up and running before the hot summer heat or the cold winter months.
And if there is any problem in between , their TECS come the very same day I call.
Review: Despite the numerous times I have told the people calling me that I do not live in Arizona nor am I ever going to be interested in their products, they continue to call me. This has continued for more almost two years. Now that it is summer, I am getting more than one call a day, despite the fact that I am on the national do-not-call list. I would love to just block all calls from Arizona, but as I have business colleagues there I must answer the phone.Desired Settlement: Remove my phone numbers for your call list and stop trying to sell me something I neither need or desire.
