are willing to refund the consumer 20%  for the un-completed job. Please let me know any additional steps I should take.

This complaint has been resolved. We refunded the financing as requested by the consumer in the amount of $1552.04.

One of my air conditioning units stopped working. Ace had just been out to check all the units two weeks previously. They said that they would waive the $75 service call because their previous service call was just a few weeks previous.

The tech determined that a capacitor had failed and he replaced them with a 45 ufarad and a 10 ufarad capacitors. He billed me $271 which I commented to him seemed high and he did not break down the cost of the capacitor or labor.

I called Ace the next day and talked to Becky. She said that she was the manager and that she would help me. I asked her to break down the $271 charge between parts and labor an she emphatically stated that she would not do it.

If the capacitors cost even $50, Ace was charging me over $200 to install them, a job that took less than 10 minutes. Something seems wrong here??!!

They do a very good job and are very professional. They explain everything so you can actually know what they are doing. They do not pressure you to buy any additional services, all they do is recommend things that may need to be done in the future.

It has come to me knowledge that air condition company's in Arizona are all very deceitful to the consumer. This business of buying another a/c company customer bass, phone numbers, address and work orders. When you call they answer the phone as if the company is still in business they say that company's  and they will come out to check it. When they came out to my house all they wanted to do was to sell me another unit. Ant then told me that this company is no longer in business. They just want your money I call a larger A/C  company and they re did everything that the first company did eleven months ago. They were still advertising thanksgiving deals when I called. Changing the name  Is a way that they use to void a warranty.  I am convinced that air conditioning company's  in Arizona are cheats and all they want is you money.  Revdex.com should look into this scam out here. I Will research and provide all documents necessary. However, after reviewing the information we will take a stance in still declining on refunding the consumer in the amount requesting. We will submit our final response via email.

We have been utilizing Ace Air for our PM's and duct cleaning since 2011 and they have been exemplary with their professionalism, knowledge, timeliness and work ethic. Last week, their field technician, Tim Herring, found our 15 year old air conditioner was no longer efficient and needed too much repair! Tim, with his experience, knowledge and people skills guided my wife and I through the process of buying a new Carrier air conditioner/furnace that would be the most efficient for our home. He took the time to ensure we understood everything and made us feel comfortable with our decision. When it came time for the installers to be involved, Harold, their supervisor, came out to inspect the work area for efficiencies to be gained when the installers came out to complete installation. We knew we were in good hands when the two installers, Justin and Wyatt, turned out just like Tim amd Harold, experienced, pride in their work and company! They worked hard all day, answered our questions, explained what they were doing to improve our cooling and heating in our home through some required modifications. The result was our home has never been so efficient, huge gains in air movement and a tough situation turned into a good experience for my wife and I, all due to Ace! We would definitely recommend Ace to anyone!

ACE Home Services is actively  working to resolve this matter with the consumer. We have made verbal communication and per the sonsumers request all future communication will be via email. Mr. [redacted], is requesting to terminate the Preventative Maintenance Agreement (PMA) with our company. I am...

in  the process of completing the math to terminate this contract. Upon the consumers approval I will refund the monies left for the life of the contract minus the services rendered.

I have followed up with ACE several times via email to inquire about the status of their response, but as of 10/17/14 they still have not contacted me with any proposed solution.

ACE Home Services has provided all documentation possible to comply with any requests made by Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] unit failed due to lack of maintenance. In fact, Mr. [redacted] stating he has done maintenance on the unit himself automatically voided the warranty (if any) through the manufacturer. The warranty document attached outlines the mis-use, abuse and lack of maintenance/improper servicing will result in the warranty being voided. I am willing to work with Mr. [redacted] on the cost of the repairs. However, I am unable to complete the job requested under the voided warranty.

warranty to be voided. We would be glad to service his unit and make any necessary repairs needed only if he agrees to bring the maintenance current. The warranty is no different of cars warranty. vehicle warranty covers the unit not the maintenance and oil changes. failure to do periodic oil changes could result in warranty being voided.

ace air lied to the Revdex.com in their response to my complaint.  so therefore I do not wish to ever do business with Ace Air again. let other customers of Ace Air know the grill product is defective & will fall open.  This could cause injury to whom ever it strikes.  thank you for your time

I scheduled a regular maintenance check on 6/7, which I had to take the day off work, then I get a call saying they will have to reschedule because of other units being down, I tell them it will have to on a Saturday since I'm not taking off work again. They proceed to tell they don't do maintenance on Saturdays but I left them no choice, scheduled for 6/18. Waiting around I called to check status they wanted to reschedule again, I asked to speak to a manager, never got a call back, so I called spoke to office manager, she tells me they will be here today, we shall see,
