Took a day off from work for an appointment with ACE9-turned into 11-At 1:I called and was told that they had left messages that their technician was going to be lateI had my phone on my person all day so they were blatently lying to my faceThen they said that could still come by but would be late by another hours An unprofessional and not honest companySomething said just go with a general contractor rather than a companyI should've listened

After an semi-annual electrical chewe contracted for with Ace on a new home, we had a couple issuesPrior to the check-up, there were no issuesAt the time of the check-up, the Ace technician as part of there service, replaced all the smoke detector batteriesFollowing that, there were three days of the smoke detectors chirpingIt was finally resolved, but I question what the quality of the replacement batteries are

Corey was just overall excellentHe not only provided me with options to upgrade my system but he also educated me on maintenance tipsHe earned my confidence on Ace Solves It All Thank you Corey

I had a simple leak on a pvc joint underground at an elbow jointI will admit I am partly to blame for paying over $for a $dollar part and about an hours worth of labor, but I was between a rock and hard place with it being the weekendI should have said no thanks, paid him the $service call fee and tried to call someone else I asked him how much they charge to do a simple snake clean out on roots, and he said $At that point I knew I had made a grave error but it was too late, the work had been done If I wasn't selling the house and had a buyer coming the next day I probably would have passed but being under pressure I failedI hate to give anyone a one star rating but I am telling all consumers that this company is gouging people In my estimation, this repair should have cost about $topsIf there's a sucker born every minute, then I'm guilty as charged but I still have to speak my mind about my experience

Arrived ahead of schedule and completed a fairly complex diagnostic quicklyCompleted the repair within hours and was very satisfied with the serviceI would use and recommend them again

Had a tech come out to my business "Great Clips" to give me a quote on replacing ballast on florescent lighting for meI told the dispatch exactly what I needed and what I had previously been quoted to do the job by a couple of electricians which was between $to $perI would have had the other electricians do the work but they couldn't get to the job on timehours lateAnyway, the tech came in and quoted me a price of $to do the job! The ballast cost between to dollars each and shouldn't take more than minutes each to installHell no! So the moral to the story is never use this company!!! P.SI was charged a $fee for the quote

Todd arrived promptly and did a thorough check for possible safety issuesHe discovered that my whole house surge protection had stopped workingHe replaced it and then proceeded to repair the light switches which I had called aboutI was very pleased with the work, especially his concern about safety issuesI have used ACE in the past and will definitely use them again asking for Todd as the technician

Leroy was professional and friendly as well as informative while he completed the work in our home I would recommend his services

This company is the best of the best A little more expensive than the others but you get what you pay for They will suggest improvements that make perfect sense versus the others who want to rely on price only If you want quality this is the company to deal with I've done my re-pipe and electrical and new a/c with them in the last years and could not be happier

I used Ace to fix a home wiring issueThe Electrician Frank Aarrived on time fixed the wiring issue and ensured he cleaned up afterI appreciated the promptness with which he fixed the issueThe office team also kept me informed of arrival times and associated costs with the visitOverall very please with the service

Dear Charley, I responded to your Family Value Plan offer on [redacted] from Ace Solves It all after the first of 2016. I was told that since we had A/C units I would need to pay extra, which I did The A/C technician came out and inspected of our A/C units. One was in the attic and hard to get toHe said someone else would come by later after we moved the storage in the way. My husband, David was here with the technician and watched while he opened and took pictures. David said no "maintenance or service" was done, only the taking of pictures. We received an invoice for work that needed to be doneOne of the items was a new capacitor. The capacitor is working quite wellAn A/C friend of mine told me that a capacitor is either working or not and replacement is done when it is broken David was disappointed; stating we just paid someone to get business for his company but not provide and any service or maintenance I have made many efforts to resolve this problem through your officeStarting in about May, I have called almost monthlyAt first the office seemed to be in transition between supervisorsI believe I spoke with a girl named Tessie, not sure. Finally in Late June/early July I spoke with MichelleShe said she had just started this position and give her a week to get back with me. When she did not get back, I called back 2-weeks later on Monday July 18th and told Michelle, I would just like a fair refund on the service appointments from the electrical and plumbing, the one appointment for the A/C that had not been serviced and the final A/C appointment for the units. She said she would have to talk to accounting or billing and she would get back with me. After a month I called her, when I never heard back from her, I called again on Aug 11thShe assured me she would see what she could do and get backStill no responseI called again on Octand left a message which was not returnedAgain on Nov10th, I called and did not receive a response On DecI tried a new approach and tried to talk to youI was told you were in a meeting and the secretary said she would have you contact meI left my phone [redacted] and my email, [redacted]  I got no response On Dec10th, as I was listening to your radio program, I called to get your email address as I did not want to cause you any embarrassment on the airI was assured I would get a response from you on email. Another month and still no response. You always to have a good program and I hope you are not aware of my grievance Today I received a letter from Ace Solves it All, stating my police is about to expire and I should renewReally! The technician, Sergy, was outstanding; knowledgeable and friendly He was able to clearly
explain the work performed so that I could understand exactly what he was doingA real professional

Excellent service! From the moment I called, the office staff that answered the phone (Alondra T.) was very helpful and proficient, until the field service staff ( Eliud M.) promptly arrived and masterfully finished the job, the service was truly commendable

Matthew and Eric along with the office staff were great with their attitude, patience and expertise in getting the job done
