I recently had called ACE SOLVES IT ALL to do a routine ac cleaning and check upThe gentlemen called to let me know they were on there way, which is very professionalThe whole time they were here they explained everything they were doing and what came next in the tuneupThe two techs, Emerio and Jon, were very nice and friendly and also very down to earth Its people like this that make a company stand out from the othersThese two gentlemen have something you don't see very often any more and that is good work ethic.When I receive good customer service, I definitely stay with that company

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY unless you have money to burnMy toilet has never flushed right so their plumber came in, took the lid off the tank, flushed the toilet and said "yup, you need a new toilet" then gave me a quote for $I said that's too muchHow much if I buy my own toilet? $ I signed up for that then thought- that's a LOTI called***, in Orlando, and they found something lodged in there, removed it and charged me $This company will rip you off in a heartbeat they charged me $to come out and tell me I needed a new toilet without even fully inspecting what the problem wasThey also ripped me off for $500" in an electrical job on my rental propertyI WILL NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN!!!!!

Piping on a range hood, vented thru the ceiling out to the roofMy roofing contractor suggested I contacted Ace to do the piping (vent) and the roofing guy was going to come the same day to coordinate the openings in the ceiling and roofWhen I called, I explained that the hood was already mounted and I just needed to run the ventingI did set the appointment on my day off and the same morning Ace called me telling me that the guy had called in sick and they had no one to replace him withI had to reschedule them and call my roofer to reschedule him as wellStrike one.The next appointment the following week, (again on my day off) they send an electrician instead of an HVAC techThey later send an HVAC guy (took almost two hours) and he said he could not do it.(Strike two)I reschedule (my roof guy had already done his part and left)The day before I called to have him come earlier since I had to work Supposed to be here at and its 8:and no one has called meDisgusted

when I called in Mary Lou took my callMade sure on what I needed She was very pleasant & got me in touch with JeffHe arrived at my house in about hrsHe knew what was exactly wrong and changed out my AC thermostatHe was very professional and made sure the area was cleaned where he worked

Dear Charley,
I responded to your Family Value Plan offer on *** from Ace Solves It all after the first of 2016. I was told that since we had A/C units I would need to pay extra, which I did
The A/C technician came out and inspected of our A/C units. One was in the attic and hard to get toHe said someone else would come by later after we moved the storage in the way. My husband, David was here with the technician and watched while he opened and took pictures. David said no "maintenance or service" was done, only the taking of pictures.Â
We received an invoice for work that needed to be doneOne of the items was a new capacitor. The capacitor is working quite wellAn A/C friend of mine told me that a capacitor is either working or not and replacement is done when it is broken David was disappointed; stating we just paid someone to get business for his company but not provide and any service or maintenance
I have made many efforts to resolve this problem through your officeStarting in about May, I have called almost monthlyAt first the office seemed to be in transition between supervisorsI believe I spoke with a girl named Tessie, not sure. Finally in Late June/early July I spoke with MichelleShe said she had just started this position and give her a week to get back with me. When she did not get back, I called back 2-weeks later on Monday July 18th and told Michelle, I would just like a fair refund on the service appointments from the electrical and plumbing, the one appointment for the A/C that had not been serviced and the final A/C appointment for the units. She said she would have to talk to accounting or billing and she would get back with me. After a month I called her, when I never heard back from her, I called again on Aug 11thShe assured me she would see what she could do and get backStill no responseI called again on Octand left a message which was not returnedAgain on Nov10th, I called and did not receive a response
On DecI tried a new approach and tried to talk to youI was told you were in a meeting and the secretary said she would have you contact meI left my phone *** and my email, *** I got no response
On Dec10th, as I was listening to your radio program, I called to get your email address as I did not want to cause you any embarrassment on the airI was assured I would get a response from you on email. Another month and still no response. You always to have a good program and I hope you are not aware of my grievance
Today I received a letter from Ace Solves it All, stating my police is about to expire and I should renewReally!
Finally, I decided to submit this review in hopes of resolving this conflict
I would appreciate a fair refund on the service appointments I did not use
