Eliud was professional and friendly as well as informative while he completed the work in our home I would recommend his services

I had some electrical work done in my kitchen and am completely satisfied! Todd, the technician who came to my house, is most likely the nicest and most accommodating technician!

Our experience with Ace was excellent. The technician was knowledgeable and professional.

Took a day off from work for an appointment with ACE. 9-11 turned into 11-1. At 1:30 I called and was told that they had left 2 messages that their technician was going to be late. I had my phone on my person all day so they were blatently lying to my face. Then they said that could still come by but would be late by another 3 hours.
An unprofessional and not honest company. Something said just go with a general contractor rather than a company... I should've listened.

Excellent company.

Sergiy was our service technician for our heating/cooling system. He was professional, friendly, informative, No complaints.

Excellent service and follow up. Really like seeing a picture of the service rep before they came to the house. very professional and ready to answer any question. Left my home clean. Nice people.

This company included multiple rebates in my contract and told me I would get 7% off the price if I paid in full at installation. They never filed the paper work for the rebates and told me that I couldn't get the 7% back as they had "discussed that with my husband." My husband never had a conversation with them re the 7% off. They also never arranged for the inspector to come. They have been unresponsive to calls and inquiries.

This company is the best of the best. A little more expensive than the others but you get what you pay for. They will suggest improvements that make perfect sense versus the others who want to rely on price only. If you want quality this is the company to deal with. I've done my re-pipe and electrical and new a/c with them in the last 3 years and could not be happier.

My experience with Frank A[redacted], service professional, electrician has been outstanding. On a scale of 1 to 5 I rate Frank a 10. He is professional, dedicated, hard working always on time and concerned with explaining any safety recommendations. I recommend Ace

would not recommend them for A/C service I paid twice the price for the same service I got from another company. With there IPad system they could not brake down the charges.

They are the[redacted] partner that installs Lennox A/Cs. Hired through[redacted] to install 2 central air units at a premium price, which were installed well and fully paid for in advance. The company refuses to apply for my[redacted] cash card and refuses to apply to [redacted] for my energy credit, which they are suppose to as being a[redacted] vender. The[redacted] cash card is 10% of the price, which is $2230 and an $800 [redacted] credit. That's over a $3000 loss. DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THERE ARE PLENTY OF RELIABLE COMPANIES TO CHOOSE FROM.

Dear Charley,
I responded to your Family Value Plan offer on [redacted] from Ace Solves It all after the first of 2016.  I was told that since we had 3 A/C units I would need to pay extra, which I did.
The A/C technician came out and inspected 2 of our 3 A/C units.  One was in the attic and hard to get to. He said someone else would come by later after we moved the storage in the way.  My husband, David was here with the technician and watched while he opened and took pictures. David said no "maintenance or service" was done, only the taking of pictures. 
We received an invoice for work that needed to be done. One of the items was a new capacitor.  The capacitor is working quite well. An A/C friend of mine told me that a capacitor is either working or not and replacement is done when it is broken.  David was disappointed; stating we just paid someone to get business for his company but not provide and any service or maintenance.
I have made many efforts to resolve this problem through your office. Starting in about May, I have called almost monthly. At first the office seemed to be in transition between supervisors. I believe I spoke with a girl named Tessie, not sure.  Finally in Late June/early July I spoke with Michelle. She said she had just started this position and give her a week to get back with me.  When she did not get back, I called back  2-3 weeks later on Monday July 18th and told Michelle, I would just like a fair refund  on the 2 service appointments from the electrical and plumbing, the one appointment for the A/C that had not been serviced and the final A/C appointment for the 3 units.  She said she would have to talk to accounting or billing and she would get back with me.  After a month I called her, when I never heard back from her, I called again on Aug 11th. She assured me she would see what she could do and get back. Still no response. I called again on Oct. 12 and left a message which was not returned. Again on Nov. 10th, I called and did not receive a response.
On Dec. 5 I tried a new approach and tried to talk to you. I was told you were in a meeting and the secretary said she would have you contact me. I left my phone [redacted] and my email, [redacted]  I got no response.
On Dec. 10th, as I was listening to your radio program, I called to get your email address as I did not want to cause you any embarrassment on the air. I was assured I would get a response from you on email. Another month and still no response.  You always to have a good program and I hope you are not aware of my grievance.
Today I received a letter from Ace Solves it All, stating my police is about to expire and I should renew. Really!
Finally, I decided to submit this review in hopes of resolving this conflict.
I would appreciate a fair refund on the service 4 appointments I did not use.

HANDS DOWN!!! Guys like Sergiy give ACE a good name. He is honest, hard working, doesn't stop until the "J-O-B" gets done and is knowledgeable about his line of work.

It's people like Sergiy that many seek but seldom find in today's economy and business-sense communities. We are DEFINITELY telling our neighbors about this guy. He knows his stuff.

My husband and I both have a busy lifestyle with business first, family first, and socials. We invite people over our house and entertain with the finest. We have no time for nonsense and need operable equipment at all times.

Thank you for sending this well educated individual our way. We will call upon him in the future. As long as you have " ACE " we'll play the deck!!!
