Excellent professional company with a passion to exceed customers' expectations.

I contacted Ace Solves It All to replace a couple of dimmer switches that were not functioning properly. During this sevice appointment they made me aware the Zinsco electrical panel that I had with my home was outdated and can be an electric hazard. They offerred me 3 different service packages to resolve my electrical system issue. I proceeded with one of the packages that fit my budget and Ace Solves It All handled all the necessary permitting to do this job. Eliud the field service technician was excellent. He went the extra mile to address all of my concerns. Marlana, the service manager, was very responsive in returning my phone calls and made sure I was satisfied with the service that I received. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

Dear Charley,
I responded to your Family Value Plan offer on [redacted] from Ace Solves It all after the first of 2016.  I was told that since we had 3 A/C units I would need to pay extra, which I did.
The A/C technician came out and inspected 2 of our 3 A/C units.  One was in the attic and hard to get to. He said someone else would come by later after we moved the storage in the way.  My husband, David was here with the technician and watched while he opened and took pictures. David said no "maintenance or service" was done, only the taking of pictures.
We received an invoice for work that needed to be done. One of the items was a new capacitor.  The capacitor is working quite well. An A/C friend of mine told me that a capacitor is either working or not and replacement is done when it is broken.  David was disappointed; stating we just paid someone to get business for his company but not provide and any service or maintenance.
I have made many efforts to resolve this problem through your office. Starting in about May, I have called almost monthly. At first the office seemed to be in transition between supervisors. I believe I spoke with a girl named Tessie, not sure.  Finally in Late June/early July I spoke with Michelle. She said she had just started this position and give her a week to get back with me.  When she did not get back, I called back  2-3 weeks later on Monday July 18th and told Michelle, I would just like a fair refund  on the 2 service appointments from the electrical and plumbing, the one appointment for the A/C that had not been serviced and the final A/C appointment for the 3 units.  She said she would have to talk to accounting or billing and she would get back with me.  After a month I called her, when I never heard back from her, I called again on Aug 11th. She assured me she would see what she could do and get back. Still no response. I called again on Oct. 12 and left a message which was not returned. Again on Nov. 10th, I called and did not receive a response.
On Dec. 5 I tried a new approach and tried to talk to you. I was told you were in a meeting and the secretary said she would have you contact me. I left my phone [redacted] and my email, [redacted]  I got no response.
On Dec. 10th, as I was listening to your radio program, I called to get your email address as I did not want to cause you any embarrassment on the air. I was assured I would get a response from you on email. Another month and still no response.  You always to have a good program and I hope you are not aware of my grievance.
Today I received a letter from Ace Solves it All, stating my police is about to expire and I should renew. Really!
Finally, I decided to submit this review in hopes of resolving this conflict.
I would appreciate a fair refund on the service 4 appointments I did not use.
Your consideration is greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Bev O[redacted]

Todd arrived promptly and did a thorough check for possible safety issues. He discovered that my whole house surge protection had stopped working. He replaced it and then proceeded to repair the light switches which I had called about. I was very pleased with the work, especially his concern about safety issues. I have used ACE in the past and will definitely use them again asking for Todd as the technician.

I used Ace to fix a home wiring issue. The Electrician Frank A. arrived on time fixed the wiring issue and ensured he cleaned up after. I appreciated the promptness with which he fixed the issue. The office team also kept me informed of arrival times and associated costs with the visit. Overall very please with the service.

Had a tech come out to my business "Great Clips" to give me a quote on replacing 2 ballast on florescent lighting for me. I told the dispatch exactly what I needed and what I had previously been quoted to do the job by a couple of electricians which was between $85 to $110 per. I would have had the other electricians do the work but they couldn't get to the job on time...3 hours late. Anyway, the tech came in and quoted me a price of $450 to do the job! The ballast cost between 25 to 50 dollars each and shouldn't take more than 25 minutes each to install. Hell no!
So the moral to the story is never use this company!!!
P.S. I was charged a $70 fee for the quote.

Jason was absolutely fantastic. Prompt and quick. So appreciated having he diagnose and fix the problem!

Sergie was very courteous, knowledgble, patient, and answered any and all of my questions. I would ask for him if I need his services in the near future.

Good job

I had a simple leak on a pvc joint underground at an elbow joint. I will admit I am partly to blame for paying over $700 for a $5 dollar part and about an hours worth of labor, but I was between a rock and hard place with it being the weekend. I should have said no thanks, paid him the $65 service call fee and tried to call someone else.

I asked him how much they charge to do a simple snake clean out on roots, and he said $400. At that point I knew I had made a grave error but it was too late, the work had been done.

If I wasn't selling the house and had a buyer coming the next day I probably would have passed but being under pressure I failed. I hate to give anyone a one star rating but I am telling all consumers that this company is gouging people.

In my estimation, this repair should have cost about $300 tops. If there's a sucker born every minute, then I'm guilty as charged but I still have to speak my mind about my experience.

After an semi-annual electrical check-up we contracted for with Ace on a new home, we had a couple issues. Prior to the check-up, there were no issues. At the time of the check-up, the Ace technician as part of there service, replaced all the smoke detector batteries. Following that, there were three days of the smoke detectors chirping. It was finally resolved, but I question what the quality of the replacement batteries are.

Corey S[redacted], HVAC Specialist, was very polite and professional. He explained things very clearly, would love to do business with him again!

Leroy was professional and friendly as well as informative while he completed the work in our home. I would recommend his services.

Arrived ahead of schedule and completed a fairly complex diagnostic quickly. Completed the repair within 1.5 hours and was very satisfied with the service. I would use and recommend them again.

Sean the gentleman who does the Duct work for the company was rather prompt today. The appointment was scheduled for 9.00 a.m. and first impressions which are lasting was a 10 for me as he arrived on time. His knowledge of what ought to have been done at the outset was proficiently and professionally done. Sean is a valuable representative for Ace and an asset. We were rather impressed by his explanation of what he was doing and upon completion told us all that was done and how we will benefit from his service. We highly appreciate his businesslike demeanor and quality of work.

frank a[redacted] did a great job in restoring power in my Daytona condo. In addition, he solved a very dangerous issue under my electric stove.
