Everyone we dealt with was extremely knowledgable and pleasant MrS*** installed the lift & explained every detail The installation was quick & we liked the use of the stairs rather than the wall to attach hardware We plan to make good use of the lift Also thanks for using the $AARP coupon & advising a letter from physician treating for back issues allowed us to not pay sales tax Thanks

Ironic that the client advisor went to school with our daughter and her husbandHe also had been to our home several years ago as church beaconIt was a pleasure to do business with him

The installation was done by Carlos P*** Very Hard worker and good quality work Very Professional and a pleasant personality Very pleased with the result

Overall wonderful experience- our installation was very prompt & our installer was delightfulThank you!

Only used it for one day, but what a pleasure to not have to struggle with a cane and the stepsI know I'm going to love it

Excellent tech in installing stairlift

The young man that installed my lift was very polite & friendlyHe explained everything to my satisfactionAlso he cleaned up everything before he leftI will recommend you to anyone that needs this kind of help

I knew from the first time I saw it advertised it would fit our needsAfter viewing the demonstration on television several times and watching William's mobility constantly decreasing I said this is what we needHe really enjoys going up the stairs to get to the bedroomHappy for him!!!

Steve was very good- however did not provide accurate info on lift working during power outageCost of new batteries if they aren't charged for days
Great lift so far- need to get state approval for medical discount

Do NOT deal with this company! My initial sales call was with a fine gentleman named Stephen G***I had complete faith in his charactor as well as the info he shared with me I believe he is trustworthy! BUT thenHis regional manager, Jan, came to obtain a CAD of our curved starcaseTHIS man stood right in front of me and LIED , stating that my pharmacy had already contacted them (Lie #1) and that Steve had already given me the discount associated with the pharmacy's referral (Lie #2)I said "Oh, come on....!" But he persisted in his lies!!! Foolishly I paid the deposit of $3,Next day I called my wonderful salesman, Steve who confirmed that there was no pharmacy involvement whatsoeverI asked who Jan's boss wasSteve promptly returned my call with the name Dana M***, the national sales manager, who said she would call me the following morningWell, that was today, Friday and with NO CALL from Dana I tried to reach her"Unavailable." SO they were going to wait until Monday by which time my days of refundability was up?? Not so fast!! I spoke with a very nice sales manager Todd who had Dana call me within half an hour
She was sorry that my "perception" was that Jan lied and gave me excuse after excuseI asked why she stated she would call me this morning and then didn't?
"I have a weekend conference going on right now." That must not have come as a surprise to herThen why setup such an arrangement when you know you will be Unavailable??
NO INTEGRITY COULD I FIND WITH ACORN, except with STEVE G*** who = HONESTY AND RESPECTABILITYI'm so sorry this fine gentleman lost his commission due to his bosses(Steve, you should find a company with morals!)
ALSO a different company is now selling me the same lift for over $3,LESS They informed me that regular tax should not be chargedThere is only a small 'use tax' because it's Medical EquipmentAcorn charged me over $tax! OUTRAGEOUS!!
Then there's the fact of a $service call fee vs.$for a local company whose installers service their own lifts I could go on
Of course I cancelled MY ORDER today

My cousin sold me her mom's stairliftAcorn was able to refit it to our stairsThe installer James was so knowledgeable and very friendlyVery good experience
