From first contact in 2013 through purchase and installation in 2017 every employee was pleasant, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Those who came to our home were well groomed and professional. The installer left our home clean. The product is of good quality and has several safety features. It is made in the USA. The cost is appropriate. We give you a 5 star rating.

Just installed today but we expect to use it to keep us from falling down stairs in the future.

The gentleman who installed the lift was a great person, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He needs a raise!

Everything was above standard and was performed in the most excellent way and very prompt in time of arrival.

I called the toll free number and spoke to Linda if I remember correctly. She was very friendly and professional. She arranged for Robert C[redacted] to meet with us the same evening.

Robert called and said he could come earlier. We met with him and because of his knowledge about Acorn, we decided to purchase from them. This was on Tuesday and he installed the equipment on Thursday Installation was quick and Robert showed us how to use the equipment. He is very professional and friendly. He did an awesome job and we are very pleased. He deserves a bonus!

We started out using it right away very helpful to my wife who has had both knees replaced plus back surgery. I have had 3 knee surgeries replacement twice. Pacemaker 7 stints. We hope this equipment will give us many more years in our home. We are both up in the 80 year bracket. Thank you for all your help and installation services.
