they have raised Million $$ without meeting delivery commitment and already lot of defect in few product deliveredcustomer be aware of such fraud act of making money without adequately taking accountability & serving customerif someone fails to deliver, norms are they refund, but these dont even attend to customer calls, email or any other channel

In reference to this correspondence months after my first contact with them about the drone, I disagree with the company that they "are in communication with" meEvery attempt I made to communicate and formally request the drone and accessories or my refund was answered with a "please clarify your mailing address." I provided my mailing address each time, usually within 24-hoursI followed all appropriate procedures through IndieGogo and was met with the same request for my address to be clarifiedThey are not waiting for anything from me and I have not received a form from them for processingMy address never changed during the entire engagement with this companyI would prefer not to get into a back and forth as I find it futile with this company.

I was originally sent a refund form from this company which I have attached with my original complaintNow they are telling me that we will not refund my unopened package which was sent after I cancelled the order with themThis sound like that are changing the procedures as they goSounds pretty unethical to meI am asking for a refund from this company which I sent the filled out refund form back to themThere are many complaints about this companyPlease let others know that this type of poor customer service exists with this companyThank you I look forward to a refund for this equipmentI will gladly send back the unopened package to them when I receive an RMA number

As mentioned on the previous message, the product cannot be issued a refund once the item is shipped outCustomer must fill out the Refund form prior to the shipment dateHowever, we offered the client for services about exchange/ replacement and repairs under his warranty.
