I've repeatedly called and, exhaustively written many emails without any response. If a refund "claim" was to be filled... it was never communicated; they never answered any of my communiques. I have filled with a "Class Action Lawsuit" as many individuals have been neglected and ignored; haven't received product and those that have received the product have been mislead with a defective product (links provided). Please consider the timeline of this response by the company....

Thanks to your working for my complaint resolution !

The company, ONGOfly, sent the drone to me  last week.
After I asked what my order had become? last month, they sent me  only one mail.
And they ignored me.
So I asked you ,Revdex.com,  to solve  my complaint.
Then my order was appeared on their system suddenly, and I gave the goods.
 
It just costs an expense even if I return goods now from Japan.
I give up !
However, if I didn’t complain ,I might get nothing.

A standard policy has to be followed in order to get REFUNDED. Please find attached document for reference.

In lieu of the list with filing date of August 19, 2016, we, at ONAGOFLY would like to formally respond to an allegation made by Mr. Nelson William with PIU# [redacted]. On November 08, 2016, ARI sent several email copies proving conversations with our Headquarters in China that customer has never requested for any Refund and as per his complaint, he only requested through his bank ([redacted]), where as a company policy, every customer has to follow the right procedure to file any claims. All correspondence to the complaint are printed from our HELLO website.  Also, with his complaint letter, he has to be fully aware that plastic blades are attached for the dr[redacted] to FLY and this needs not to be explained to an adult. Then he now states that the dr[redacted] does not fly? How did he cut his finger then? Please consider this case as “CLOSED”.  We assure you that their complaint and feedback will give the opportunity to remedy any problem that may exist and help to improve our service further. We ONAGOfly offered Mr. [redacted] for a repair or a replacement of a drone, and we spoke to the client about his...

refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund based upon our guidelines. We suggested an exchange/ replacement, and repair for the client’s drone under his warranty. This offer is still available and wish the client can take advantage of it.

This 'company' is terrible. They raised over $3 million dollars for a product that they admit doesn't work, yet they shipped it anyway. The OnagoFly drone is dangerous and virtually unflyable. You re risking personal and property damage by attempting to fly. OnagoFLy treats customer service as an afterthought. They claim they 'lost' thousands of emails, they never return phone calls, and still haven't set up a reliable source for new rotors, which you will got through quickly because the OnagoFly is uncontrollable, if you can get it to charge or fly.
Worst offense? A NO REFUND policy means you are stuck with it. They posted their refund and return policy AFTER the majority of the drones had allegedly shipped. DO not trust or support this company.

I was originally sent a refund form from this company which I have attached with my original complaint. Now they are telling me that we will not refund my unopened package which was sent after I cancelled the order with them. This sound like that are changing the procedures as they go. Sounds pretty unethical to me. I am asking for a refund from this company which I sent the filled out refund form back to them. There are many complaints about this company. Please let others know that this type of poor customer service exists with this company.
Thank you I look forward to a refund for this equipment. I will gladly send back the unopened package to them when I receive an RMA number.

I am rejecting this due to the fact that I indeed did receive a package with the paid for unit that does not work as advertised and since my original request was to receive my money back I would like to still proceed with that. I will return all items and want a full refund of my money less shipping. Since my original emails went unanswered this was and still is the only way of communicating with your company.

Pertaining to documents that were sent to Ms. [redacted] dated October 05, 2016 and November 08, 2016, this were all the email communications that Mr. [redacted]’s had with our China Team regarding all his complaints. He is complaining now with the 20% re-stocking fee that was discussed with him in prior emails. It was explained to him that the 20% deduction was applied to the actual amount that ARI received and we will be refunding him the same exact amount that we received from INDIEGOGO. Mr. [redacted] received an email on June 30, 2016 and July 01, 2016, both emails contained the Credit Refund Request Form that he never filled and sent back to our office. We have to follow company policies in order to have his request processed.  Please consider this case as “CLOSED”.  We assure you that their complaint and feedback will give the opportunity to remedy any problem that may exist and help to improve our service further.
