This is a difficult letter to respond to with a simple yes or no.  To answer their claim regarding not getting a specific form completed for refund, I requested the form and was denied by the company.  I have the email showing this if you wish to have it for your records.I was contacted by a customer service representitive named [redacted] on 11/29/16 and promised that I would be receiving the new upgrade to the Onagofly called the 1+.  She promised that I would have a routing number by the end of the week, which would have been 12/2/16 at the latest.  As of today, 12/13/16, I have recieved no such tracking number.  If they send a replacement and the promised fuel stick (Still not received) this would meet my needs.  However, I'm afraid this is just another stalling technique.  I reached out to [redacted] today specifically and will let you know if I hear anything in return. Regards,

[While the product is awful and does not work, that is not my main issue. I tried multiple times to cancel prior to Onagofly shipping it and my emails were ignored along with my phone calls. when I spoke to [redacted] at Onagofly at 6/3/16, he admitted the miscommunication errors and stated it is due to being a smaller company. He then stated while he understood, the manager was still denying a refund. He stated he would only repair or replace. He also stated it would be a minimum of 4 weeks for a replacement which I hardly believe since people who ordered in December, still havent received anything.  I have attached there refund policy from the company website which clearly states you can receive a refund prior to shipment. They just decided to ship the product instead of cancelling my order. It also states to reach out to the owner [redacted] but I was told he cannot be reached and they refused to give me his contact information. I have also attached one of the email replies I sent back in March from someone named [redacted] You will notice that at no point did they answer my question. While they did ship the product, it also did not include everything originally promised and did not work. I have included two links so you are able to notice I am not the only one dealing with this company. I have included a link that another person who had issues created for people for assistance [redacted] . You can also go to the Onagofly Facebook page and glance at the comments and Onagofly Complaints. There are tons of people with the same issues as myself. It is clear how they are treating customers. I do not understand how they will not refund me when I originally asked for one prior to it shipping, ignoring calls/emails, telling me the owner [redacted] is unreachable, and sending an incomplete package with a product that doesnt do what it was advertised]

Firstly, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment that the consumer experienced in dealing with our INDIEGOGO AND ONAGOFLY websites recently. Policy were known to every consumer that they need to get an RMA number from the seller. Without the RMA number, Onago Fly won't be able to replace, return or repair any product that has been purchase. Refunds are processed through [redacted]. There were no information for any return address nor email and no RMA included with his return. It is very clear that Onago Fly cannot do necessary action without informations and RMA. With thorough investigations, Mr. [redacted] was refunded on November 25, 2016 and he also confirmed receiving the refund to his [redacted] account.
