We have made several attempts to contact the customer to work on resolving her issues [redacted] in our customer service department has left a few messages to try to help resolve the issues We found that we have sent the customer her purchase agreement before and we can get her another copy We need to do an inspection on the system and get copies of her bills to see if we can determine what kind of savings she is getting As far as broken pipe I was not aware of this and we will get a crew out to fix it as soon as we get her to call back or answer our calls We will not be able to remove the system or refund the money as this is a contract she entered into and the work has been performed according to the contractWe stand ready to help we just need to make contact with her first I can report back when we get in contact with her Thanks, ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Back in January, I provided all my original statements for gas and electric to the 2nd sales rep that came to my house At one point I received a call from Adair requesting my bills and at that time I informed them that I had already supplied them to the Rep They called the rep and confirmed he had themOn April 14, 2014, I sent my bills to Adair and again on May 1, I am not sure why they are stating they do not have them as I had confirmation from them twice over the phone and per there e-mails thanking me for sending them In the beginning of March, I received my tax rebate from Federal and state tax On March 20, I sent the payment to [redacted] Capital which included all the tax rebates plus the balance of the $ rebate from Adair So in March, I had paid back everything that I should have for the portion of Adair I do not know why the payment has not dropped As for the conference call, I received a call at work even though they knew I would not be there as it’s my day off, they were supposed to call my cell The [redacted] rep left me a messa [redacted] so I will be calling her later today I understand that they have to wait a few months for the saving but the sales rep sold me the system stating that I would be saving enough money every month to cover my [redacted] payment that is not happening He overstated my savings and their lies the entire problem Thank you

To Whom it May Concern: I am responding to Complaint # [redacted] , Michael S [redacted] The customer's information in The Statement of the Problem, is incorrectAdair's phone #'s have remained the same since the company was started, as well as our company nameWe have documented 3x's that Debbie has tried reaching out to MrS [redacted] Unfortunately, we now learn that we had the wrong phone numberAlso, the address MrS [redacted] has listed on this complaint is not the address with the AC contract.Debbie was finally able to speak to MrS [redacted] on 3/4/16, using the phone number provided hereDebbie has offered to start the contract over from the beginning and requested that MrS [redacted] give us a chance to make up for this inconvenience MrS [redacted] is unwilling to do soAdair values our customer's and we certainly want our customer's to be happy with the service they receive from Adair In light of the situation and Adair not having the ability to reach MrS [redacted] , we will happily come out and service MrS [redacted] 's AC units as per the contract Adair is unwilling to make a refund on this contractWe are very willing and able to fulfill our part of this contact and service MrS [redacted] 's AC units Sincerely, Jennifer R***

Received a unsolicited call from [redacted] at Adair this eveningWhen I told him I was on the Do not call list he rudely hung up on meTotal A-hole

We apologize for your inconvenience My records indicate this number was called last August 14, at the time you requested we take your name off our list My records indicate we did at that time We are a local plumbing company that has been in business for years and have found that sometimes our sales and marketing people do not follow the policies and procedures of our company 100% perfect The management staff at that time no longer works for us as result of continual improvement to our customer service I would like to personally offer at no cost to this home owners to flush their water heater and perform a plumbing inspection We offer this to try to make this inconvenience right and clear up any possible assumptions that our company is a scam Please schedule this appointment with our scheduler [redacted] ###-###-#### if you would like the offer If not please rest assure we will not contact this number again.Thanks, ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below When the sales person (***) came to my house he spoke with my wife and I, he specifically told us that this system would cost us nothing, that there would be no out of pocket costs and that we will be sving money This is not true We are currently paying over $100/month and [redacted] NEVER told us that we had any out of pocket expenses, in addition we are not saving the money that was shown on the worksheet I asked very specific questions to [redacted] and asked very pointed questions He showed me the bottom line where it states net monthly out of pocket My wife and I feel decieved and mislead by *** you can look at the worksheet and saee the "savings" that [redacted] wrote down, but that is not how he expalined how he got to the out of pocket He specifically told us that between rebates, federal, state and adair that we would not pay a dime He DID NOT say that the savings that you are getting is to pay for the system It was a bait and switch He had us focused on the out of pocket and not how he got there Regards, [redacted] ***

October 20, We had a Green Monster Solar Hot Water Heater installed in In May of this year, 2015, it began to make weird noises and we shut it down We had Adair Plumbing come out and check it because they were the Installers of the Unit Again this was in MayAdair returned in June, to examine the panels and to get the Serial numbers on themAt this time, we were told that it would take to days to receive the Warranty Panels and to make an appointment as soon as they received themWe called the first of September and were told they were back ordered We called the first of October and was told they should be here any day October 19, we called Adair and got the same answers but was given the phone number to call FAFCO to get an answer from them ADAIR informed me that they represent GREEEN MONSTER in the claims of the equipment FAFCO informed me that they make the panels hours a day and that they ship them out daily We called back to Adair and informed them of this and got the Claim numbers of the panels Upon calling FAFCO back with the numbers, we were informed that they know nothing about ADAIR and the claim That, they only deal with Reid Head Plumbing in Arizona Again, FAFCO did not have any knowledge of ADAIR Plumbing on File October 20, we called ADAIR and informed their representative that FAFCO did not know anything about ADAIR Plumbing The representative informed me that they would speak with the Owner of ADAIR The Owner of Adair called me back and informed me that their attorneys informed them not to handle the Green Monster claims due to many Law Suits brought upon Green Monster When asked why he did not inform us earlier he could not give me an answer As you can see we had several communications with ADAIR and the point of not taking care of the Warranty was not discussed In the mean time we have been without a Solar Hot Water Heater for months now and have lost money on our utility bill

I was contacted with an offer of a free inspection and tune-up, and the technician,***, did just that, no bait and switch or sales pitch, just left me with some information for additional services regarding solar electrical systems to save on energy costs [redacted] was professional, courteous, and respectfulGreat job

This customer is requesting a dollar amount back we cannot possibly do He is asking for half of the money he invested in this project This is not a possibility with the argument the customer is attempting to make I explained the sales process we present the tax credit and rebates covering half of the system investment The tax credit and rebates only come back after taxes are done in The phrases no extra money out of pocket comes after all the tax credit and rebates come back to the homeownerThis customer is claiming we told him the system would cost him nothing This is not trueThe customer financed $14,at a 7.99% interest rate We presented a $monthly payment until $was paid off and the payment would then drop to $until the $amount was paid off They have been making a monthly payment since February I know I can help this customer save 25% of the utility usage If we don’t save 25% in the f*t year we will pay them the cash difference in the bills and look to adding other products to help them save They need electrical and gas utility savings to help pay for the loan they have This is a major part of our presentation This is why we say we do not want our customers to pay any extra money out of their pocket from what they are currently spending I cannot reconsider my position on a year contract we are only in the 4th month of I think the customer is starting to regret the purchase and is using the Revdex.com to try to get their money back This is just not possible with the type of system they had installed This customer had the three day right to cancel and if they did not want to pay the total amount for the project they should have cancelledWe plan to visit this project at six months and one year to perform checkups and evaluations We will also come out each year for the next years to make sure the systems are working according to the manufacture specificationsWe are confident we can help the customer with the system if they can agree to allow us to help them Sincerely, [redacted]

We did meet with Mr*** and he purchased the energy saving system he indicated. At the point of sale our salesman are trained to show the customer with tax credits, rebates, and energy savings this system can cost you no extra money out of your pocket compared to what you are
currently spendingIt does however take time to realize this as it is a long term investment. Mr*** knows the rebates and tax credits only cover about half of the investment because the salesman *** prepared a purchase order worksheet or (estimate) detailing how much is available in credits and rebates. According to the estimate our sales person *** showed Mr*** a total of $6,in rebates and tax credits. He also wrote that a net investment would be $with payments from ** of $187. We also have a credit application filled out and signed by our representative *** and Ms***. After the credit was approved we installed the job according to contract. We estimated the system we install could possibly save between 25% - 40% of the power usage. We have a contract to guarantee 25% savings of usa** in the f*t year or we will pay the difference in the utility bill for that year. We did not quote savings of $240. We have noticed in February Mr*** gas bill usa** has been reduced 79% and in March the gas bill usa** has been reduced 57%The electric usa** has decreased 5% in February and 3% in March This is not as high as on electric so will continue to monitor the bills and perform a system inspection before our scheduled month evaluation. I will have *** reach out to schedule Andy our field supervisor.
I think the overall issue was not mentioned in Mr***’s complaint the way our company sees it. When we pre-quality our potential customers we ask them if they pay federal taxes. At the point of sale we ask customers if they pay taxes. When our Operations Manager *** and Customer Service Rep *** met with Mr*** to discuss his issue the no extra money out of pocket was dependent on receiving the federal and state tax credits and all the rebatesIt was after that when Mr*** spoke to our tax consultant we learned he may not be getting the tax credits because of a settlement agreement with the ***If Mr*** had disclosed to us his tax problem we would have not done this contract until that was settled. We know that if you do not get the tax credits we will not be able to do this program with no extra money out of your pocket. The good news is Mr. & Msare working and should be able to get all the tax credits over the next years per the tax code. Furthermore, Mr& Ms*** knew they would have a payment of $until they were able to do their taxes in for the tax year. Mr*** came into our office asking the same thing and he was not granted money back on his contract. On the back of the contract we have a specific line about tax credits not being our company’s responsibility we want our customers to make sure they will get the tax credits. We respectfully deny the request of paying for half of the bill this customer has when he agreed in contract to pay the total amount.

While I appreciate the response from the company, it does not address the issues statedThe check that was promised was not mailed in a timely mannerAfter waiting for four months and attempting to contact the company, the check was still not mailedHowever, upon receiving the complaint filed, the company called us, sent the check, and set up an appointment for the General Manager to meet with usThere was no explanation given regarding the reason for delayThe meeting with the General Manager is schedule for later this week; at that time, we will be able to determine if the requests previously made will be addressedStating that for a one month period that 40% was saved is not what was promised by the companyWe were quoted a 25% savings every month which is why the money was owedThis has not happened consistently and the reduction of our energy/power bill has not occurred - the price per month has remained exactly the same or slightly increased since the installation of productsFor this reason, we are still unsatisfied.

I have an attached letter from our office about this issue We offered to help the client because we had an issue with our phone system during that month We cannot give the money back on the contract but we offered to help with the stated issue with the phones We have not heard
back from the client after the attached letter until now ***

As I review the complaint and our file we have been in communication with the customerOn January of this year we sent our A/C man to check the type of unit we would need to replace I see that we offered to replace the unit for $ It seems as if we have not communicated with the
customer the need to get half ($2500) down payment to get the project started I have my office looking to see if we sent a letter or if the communication was just over the phone with the offer My office Manager *** is great a communication with our customers and seems we may have dropped the ball on this issue We stand ready to honor the agreement we offered It should be noted that we cannot remove the system or return money on the original purchase of the system I will have *** reach out to the customer to collect the down payment and get the installation of the A/C unit started.***

The customer will receive the tax credits as described by the tax law The interest for the loan was something the customer was aware of if the loan was not paid back be for the month promotional periodWe stand firm on our first response
