want both of you to know how much stress you have caused me. I was
unable to sleep last night and neither was my husband. BECAUSE OF YOU

I
am compiling a list of every incident that occurred in *** ***
Apartments while we lived there, including the numerous health hazards
that were present in
the complex. The black mold in the ventilation system being #on my
list. My husband has sleep apnea and COPD and breathing in mold made
him sick on numerous occasions. In FACT, his apnea turned into COPD
while we were living in those nasty apartments
Also,
since you are causing my anxiety to peak, I will be seeing my doctor
before I contact a lawyer. YOU WILL end up in court over this, I
PROMISE you that. You
won't take us to court because you don't want the public to know what a
horrible place you manage. Over-priced apartments with appliances from
the 1970s, carpets that are NEVER replaced...when there's a stain you
cut out the carpet and replace only a section
of it. The place is NEVER painted, the dangerous wooden stairs are
always broken, and your idea of fixing them is to put nails in each
step casing the wood to break. I have documentation regarding the times
I fell because the stairs were broken
The
people you rent to are shady at best...most of them are drug dealers or
addicts or STONE COLD alcoholics. How do I know??? I have SEEN drug
deals going on,
heard the parties that would last until the early morning hours, and
have had drunken neighbors pounding on my door asking for cigarettes or
to use my phone. This was ALL reported to the office and NOTHING was
done about it. And the police don't want to
be bothered with that nonsense, so they don't so anything either
Why
you are choosing to single us out and harass us with threats is beyond
me. But maybe you can explain to me how, if you have a month-to-month
lease, you have
to give days notice of intent to leave?????? That makes ABSOLUTELY
NO SENSE!!!! That would be a month-to-month lease, wouldn't it? I
spoke with *** at the office when we did NOT renew our yearly
lease, told her we needed ONE MORE MONTH, and she
said that was FINEYOU GOT YOUR MONEY...Don't think for ONE SECOND
that we are going to be afraid to fight you. In fact, I am looking
forward to it
You
are NOT going to BULLY us by hiring rude collection agents to try to
squeeze more money our of us. You got your last dollar from us in
August, so don't think
you'll ever get a cent more. In fact, you should have paid for our
medical bills and the damage to my vehicle
In
addition, you should have been charged with theft when your maintenance
men entered my apartment without my permission and stole DVDs, CDs, and
prescription medication.
You denied it all, as usual.
If
you dare report this to a credit agency, I will fight you tooth and
nail until we win this battle. TRUST ME. You are not wise in opening
this HUGE can of worms.
I have other residents who have faced the same issues who would LOVE to
be witnesses in a courtroom, so PLEASE I BEG YOU -- file charges in
court...or we will

attached your screening, your qualifying criteria and application for your
records I also explained that occasionally there are systematic errors
that arise and you can clear them up by communicating directly with the
reporting agency, First AdvantageOnce you have formally cleated them up with
First Advantage and it shows you were erroneously declined, we would be able to
offer you a refund as outlined in the applicationAs a result of your
complaint and your claims that you have resolved this with First Advantage, we
have contacted them and requested confirmation of your dealings with them

with them and any revisions made to your screening reportOnce we have

The Yorktown Apartments are in the Galleria area and they are not well maintained yet they continue to increase the rentRecently this man's billing company is billing us for our water and sewerageWithin months my bill has increased by $This appears to be a conflict of interestLease restrictions are not enforced because they don't care

advance, I would like to inform you that our tenants issues are very important to us and we strive to take care of them in a timely manner and to their satisfaction.
The complain that was addressed to you have been taken care of as follows:
Prior to tenant moving the carpet was shampooed and was in satisfactory conditionThe tenant mentioned that the carpet in "one" of the bedrooms needed to get shampooed again because it may not have been dried completely before laying her furnitureOur carpet specialist was sent out as requested by tenant on ***( Tenant move in date *** ) See Attached invoice
Pest Control Service performed a treatment on ***. Tenant can get additional treatments per her request and as neededSee attached work order from pest control company.
