Second time I am opening a complaint on the SAME order. Took me weeks to receive a return label. Finally received one after opening my first complaint. Shipped the shoes back with UPS tracking number [redacted]. They received them on Nov 11. I still DO NOT have my refund. This is absolutely ridiculous. This has been going on since October 28! NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER will I order from Adidas again. I have ordered from their competitor PLENTY of times and have NEVER had one problem.
JUST ISSUE A REFUND!! You received the shoes 2 WEEKS ago in PERFECT condition. My son could not even get on his foot. I have pictures as proof. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER will I order from Adidas AGAIN. NEVER!!!

WHY I am rejecting the offer is because they are saying "you can return the item if you are unhappy", MY COMPLAINT IS THIS: They NEVER sent me out THE EXACT ITEM I ORDERED!!! They are trying to scam me by having me accept a pair of shorts in a color that I did NOT order off their webpage! I want the shorts THAT I ORDERED that THEY ARE REFUSING TO SEND TO ME BUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY ANYWAYS!!! That is FRAUD! Did anyone at ADIDAS even read my complaint??? Where is the NORMAL PINK/WHITE PIPING/BLACK LOGO shorts that I ordered in XL??? Are they ever going to send them to me like I had ordered???? Even if I wanted to order 10 more pairs of them, I CAN'T because they took that specific color combo OFF THEIR WEBSITE! That's why they did the old 'switcharoo' thinking I wouldn't notice that they sent me a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PAIR OF SHORTS!!! THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND SENT ME OUT A DIFFERENT PRODUCT! THAT IS FRAUD!!!!

pre-paid shipping label has been sent to the email address on the order. The
label will come from FedEx. Just follow the instructions in the email.
We will process your return within 7-10* business days of
receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. You’ll receive an
email from us when this is complete. A credit will appear on your next
statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle. We do not refund
shipping charges.
*During peak seasons please allow up to 15 business days
for your return to process.
 
If your order was purchased with a gift card, your refund
will be issued to a new adidas gift card sent to the shipping address on your
order via USPS.
 
If your payment method was a combination of a credit card
and a gift card, your refund will be issued to a new gift card first and sent
to you via USPS. Any remaining credit owed will be applied to your original
payment credit card.
