This company along with pacific pioneer car insurance insurance is honestly the worst everVery unprofessional un responsive and quite frankly should not be in businessTrying to get a hold of someone there is impossibleI have called numerous times and also faxed and no responseI also have tried to locate a supervisor and was told he would call me back and of course never did After looking at all the reviews I mean every single one is a complaint or negativeSomething really needs to be done with this companyI'm not the type of person to waste my time to write a review so for me to right this is because this company is the worst of the worst

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company is an absolutely joke. I worked for Nationwide Insurance for three years as a liability claims adjuster, so I know how reputable insurance companies operate.

The accident occurred August 31, 2018. It's taken almost thirty days for the claims adjuster "Teri Williams" to make contact with the policyholder to verify coverage. During my last phone call with Ms. Williams, she hung up on me (and it was during the course of a normal conversation, no rudeness, cursing or yelling). Now, neither she, nor her manager Krystal Churley, nor Ms. Churley's manager Jon Michael Moreno will return any of my calls. I've reached out to the company President but I don't have much faith in this company.

If you can, avoid doing business with them.

I am still waiting on my claim to be paid. My car is  not repaired and it is a month later. I have not been contacted by the insurance adjuster with any new details. I need my claim to be worked priority and resolved properly.

This business is absolutely horrible!!! One of their clients hit me, which of course is always an inconvenience. My vehicle goes to the body shop and I have to get a rental. AFA tells me I have to pay for the rental and they'll reimburse me after. I had to chase down Linda for instructions on reimbursement, with no call back. Left a message for her manager, Scott...no callback. Finally received an email days later. Eventually Linda tells me my reimbursement was processed and the check was in the mail. I should receive in 5-7 days. A week later, NOTHING!! Contacted Linda and she's out of the office until February!!!!! I am NOT a happy camper!!!!

details of the offer I reviewed appear below.My car took a total of three weeks to get repaired due to the lack of urgency of AFA Claims, I had to rent a car for a week in a half which costed me almost 400.00. I have to drive my husbands car to work and im late everyday because I have to drop him off first in san francisco and there is a ton of traffic, I can lose my job. I am absolutely unsatisfied by the way ive been treated and a lot of time and money wasted, I still have to pay a 500 deductible. I couldnt afford a 400 bill for a rental car. I have yet to hear or get a call back from a supervisor at AFA claims. I submitted a complaint with the department of insurance and they will conduct an investigation.

We have resolved the claim and paid all claims that have been presented to date.  The complainant is responsible for her deductible and rental coverage was not purchased on the policy.

[Hi I met up with the investigator May 9th I followed up with him and he advised the investigation report had been done and turned into AFA claim service May 16th, ive called the insurance company after that to follow up and the reponse I get regarding my claim is its still pending managment, as far as im concered the investigation has been taken care of, I believe this company is just making up excuses, if you look at there yelp all the people complaints say they all got sent to investigation for no reason. This company just makes up excuses to not fix cars or to just make every claim take months to resolve. Im not satisfied with there response because I feel like they didnt even look into it they just replied the same thing they tell all there customers. Ive had [redacted] Insurance before prior to this, got in a car accident couple years back my car was picked up the same day and got a reponse from the company not even a week later, this comapny doesnt care to give good service to there customers, Ive been getting my insurance payment deducted from my bank account these past months, quick to charge but not to give good service.

Dear Ms [redacted], I would love to speak with the supervisor [redacted], Except he does not answer my calls nor does he return my voicemail. I’ve called him everyday for a week and nothing. So maybe you can have him give me a call. That letter I received was a lie only because my very first recorded conversation I had with adjuster Andres Castillo he clearly stated that me not being married was and issue and if anything my policy would go up which was ok with me. If it was an issue why would he send a check to the body shop after he received the invoice? So are you telling me that Andres Castillo lied? And if I knew I lied on my policy then I would have lied to him but I was being completely honest. And why cancel my policy and send me a check for the past 19 months I’ve been with the company right in the middle of a claim instead of sending me a bill with the difference for the past 19 months for being single? This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

My vehicle was in an accident. I am trying to get in touch with someone from the company to start a claim for the damages on the car. I need someone to either email me or call me so the claim can get started.

Upon calling in to file claim for their clients customer running into my building and
destroying a entire kitchen AFA tells me to file it with my Insurance company, NOT
my fault and thus would hurt my policy so I say NO it's your obligation they hang up. AFA attempted at every step of the way to stop a legal claim from being filed. After many phone calls and finally getting to someone to take 30 minutes of information to file a claim they disconnected the call right before giving a claim # to us. Then upon call back they say they never heard of us. It's now been 3 months into this and it's stone wall after stonewall. Complaints to Local TV & newspapers
appear to be last resort (clearly Ins. commissioners have not been doing their job)
as this is NOT a company you can decide you want to do business with, your stuck. The Insurance company uses these guys to help wear you down so they hope they DO NOT have to pay your claim. So it's VERY important to reach out to
any and all parties, News staff at TV stations, Newspapers, and Insurance commissioners in your state or this abuse will continue. 16 out of 16 say they stink
on yelp, (Revdex.com) Revdex.com only has negative complaints nothing good!
Still not resolved and they will go on treating people like this unless we all report and speak up to media to investigate. Many TV stations have investigative reporting, speak up and share your documented experiences!
