Review: The claim adjustor was allowing for me to rent a car during the cours of repairing my Auto car ford focus2002, since my auto car ford Focus 2002 was damaged by their insured driver, and they paid for me to repair my carbut they did not either pay me or pay the enterprise rental car the value of the bill which is more than US.$1400.00. since the body shop was repairing my ford focus 2002, was taking too much time and I had to rent acar from Enterprise Rent- A CAR at the city of pasadena, California.I did faxed the necessary paper work to the adjustor department by the name: Ms. [redacted] but the lady never answer any phone call and very ignoring .I'm trying to get the money I did paid to the enterprise rent a car company , during the period I rented the car from them until the return date which is amountUS.$1000 and the enterprise also still need the balance of US.$400 to close the account.Desired Settlement: I'm trying to get the money I did paid to the enterprise rent a car company , during the period I rented the car from them until the return date which is amountUS.$1000 and the enterprise also still need the balance of US.$400 to close the account.

This company along with pacific pioneer car insurance insurance is honestly the worst ever. Very unprofessional un responsive and quite frankly should not be in business. Trying to get a hold of someone there is impossible. I have called numerous times and also faxed and no response. I also have tried to locate a supervisor and was told he would call me back and of course never did. After looking at all the reviews I mean every single one is a complaint or negative. Something really needs to be done with this company. I'm not the type of person to waste my time to write a review so for me to right this is because this company is the worst of the worst

Review: I made a claim with [redacted] my adjuster representing Nations Insurance Company which went well until I had further questions and information for the claims department just a couple days later about my claim. I reported a claim on January 8th 2014 and between January 8th thru February 6th I CALLED [redacted] OVER 25 TIMES LEAVING HER OVER 15 DIFFERENT VOICE MESSAGES TO RETURN MY CALLS AND EACH TIME WAS POILTELY BECUASE I ALWAYS BELIEVE IN BEING POILITE AND RESPECTFUL TO EVERYONE AND ESPECIALLY WHILE AT WORK. NEVER DID SHE ANSWER OR RETURN ANY CALLS UNTIL TODAY (FEB. 6TH, 2014). DURING THIS TIME I WOULD PRESS "0" AS IT WOULD PROMPT YOU TO SPEAK WITH AN OPERATOR AND AGAIN I LOST COUNT BUT I MUST HAVE TRIED OPERATOR ABOUT 10 TIMES AND ONLY GOT THRU ONCE WHICH I TOLD HIM MY STORY ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO GET A HOLD OF [redacted] SO HE TRANSFERED ME TO A SUPERVISOR NAMED ANN ONTIVEROS WHOM I SPOKE WITH AT SOMETIME BETWEEN 9AM-10AM AND WAS RELIEVED TO FINALLY SPEAK WITH SOMEBODY REGARDING MY STATUS OF MY CLAIM. SHE SAID SHE WOULD CALL ME BACK IN A COUPLE HOURS TO GET AN ANSWER ABOUT MY STATUS AND OTHER QUESTIONS. WELL LONG STORY SHORT SHE NEVER CALLED BACK THAT DAY. I CALL VERY NEXT MORNING LEAVE MESSAGES WITH BOTH [redacted] AND ANN ONTIVEROS NOW ITS FEBRUARY 4TH AND IVE ONLY SPOKEN TO 2 PEOPLE IN ABOUT 20 BUSINESS DAYS WHEN I TRY CALLIN MULTIPLE TIMES EACH DAY LEAVING 1-2 VOICE MESSAGES A DAY. NOW ITS FEBRUARY 6TH 2014 AND I CALL [redacted] FIRST AND SHE ANSWERS. IT WAS AMAZING TO FINALLY HAVE HER PICK UP HER OWN WORK EXTENSION AND SPEAK WITH HER, SHE WAS POLITE AND HAPPY TO TELL ME MY CLAIM WAS DENIED FOR THERE OWN REASONS. IM NOT COMPLAING ABOUT THE DENIAL BECUASE IM ALREADY GOING ABOUT THAT LEGALLY. HOWEVER IM COMPLAINING ABOUT THE FACT THAT NEARLY ONE WHOLE MONTH OF TRYING TO GET THRU TO MY CLAIMS DEPARTMENT I ONLY GET THRU TWICE AND THE LACK OF RESPECT TO ANSWER ANY OF MY VOICE MESSAGES AND WHEN I CONFRONTED THEM ABOUT IT THEY WERE FRUSTRATED THAT I ASKED. I HATE THIS PLACEDesired Settlement: I HOPE FOR THE INSURANCE COMPANY TO RE OPEN MY CLAIM BECUASE I FEEL I DID NOT GET A FAIR AND HONEST DECISION BECAUSE THE WHOLE TIME I WANTED TO ASK QUESTIONS DURING THIS PROCESS AND I HAD INFORMATION FOR THEM THAT THEY DID WERE NOT ABLE TO KNOW JUST BECAUSE OF THE FACT THAT I COULD NOT GET A HOLD OF ANYBODY FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME.

Review: My vehicle was hit in a parking lot on November 4th 2015. I called and filed the claim a few days after as I had to file with the police department about this accident the next day 11/5/2015. I contacted AFA Claims as I hadn't heard back from the company about having a claim adjuster to view the damage. I've been speaking to [redacted] about this and I emailed her video of the incident from my cameras mounted in my vehicle. 12/11 I email [redacted] to check on status. Same day [redacted] emailed me that haven't been able to speak to insured and wouldn't be able to pay until then. 12/14 [redacted] emailed me that she hasn't received the video. 12/21 video was resent to [redacted]. Haven't heard from company again.Desired Settlement: I would simply like to have my vehicle repaired and I would like to be called by the company president [redacted] so that I may explain to him my experience, and hope that he will understand my frustration with the lack of customer service that his company has given.

I apologize for me not responding sooner. I have received a check from the company in question, and all matters have been taken care of in a timely manner since this complaint was made. I'm just sorry that it had to get to this level, and appreciate both you and the company in complaint.
