Review: I ordered a bed from afa stores online and it was way too big for the room. Delivery was the 23rd of Dec. not a good time anyway but a long time to get set up and then the matching dresser was to be put in and it was damaged in the top corner. Cant live with that. The delivery company just took it back out but the bed was already together. It had taken a good hour to set up and now it was late late late. Just thought we could break down and repack and send back later as it would be after 8:30 pm before it could be disassembled. the 10percent fee would be worth have the house cleared. Return policy says that I have 30 days and pay the 10 percent and be responsible for shipping it back. when I contacted them they said I had to let them know within three days. Not at all what the web site states!!!! I would never recommend this company and am wondering if it really is anything more than one dude.Desired Settlement: Pay the 10 percent fee as stated in return policy on web and get the bed picked up. (NOW for no more than a $50.00 ship fee!) and balance refunded to credit card.

Please note that after reviewing this complaint we admit that we mis understood the situation. It was our udnerstanding that the bed received was damaged and our return policy states that all damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving . Because the bed was not damaged the customer can return the item for return shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee. If the customer wishes to do this they can contact me directly at ###-###-#### and I can arrange the return. We apologize for the mis understanding
