I cancelled the account, and the first customer service representative I spoke with confirmed the account was supposed to be closedAs per my request She stated to me it must have been a glitchWell that's not my fault, and this company should not benefit from their errorTherefore the terms of the agreement is nullified once this company continued to take money out of my checking account that was not authorized by meTo settle this action, I want the $that was taken without my consent, and by either continuing to taleminey out of my account or reopening my account after they specifically confirmed the account was closed they breached the terms of their own contract

After reviewing Mr***'s complaint, our records show Mr***'s assistant contacted us the day before the trial ended and was advised we needed to speak Mr*** to cancel the account or he could email in requesting a cancellationUnfortunately, our system does not show any emails from Mr***
requesting a cancellation of the account, prior to the trial expiration dateHis assistant then contacted us on 11/18/requesting a refund for the membership fee that was billed in the amount of $We did advise ***, in order to cancel and refund the account, we would need to speak with the account holder. I can not accept this  resolution as of yet because I do NOT have confirmation as stated of the refund and I only see 2  of the 5 charges refunded thus far. If all 5 of the charges are in fact refunded , and the membership cancelled, then yes I would accept the resolution.  However at this time, I can not verify that is actually being done.I will also note that  I cancelled  the membership after the month  of December and it was American Greetings who did not cancel on their end and kept charging.

cancellation request via email under the email address of [redacted], once we received the request, we deactivated the auto renewal feature on the account; the membership then expired on 08/05/2015 and no further charges were made to that account. Unfortunately, since a cancellation request for the account unger the email address of [redacted], the membership automatically renewed itself every year, as stated in our Terms of Service. Again, we apologize for any trouble this has caused and have successfully canceled and refunded the membership under the email address [redacted]. monthly membership will renew itself every monthly. Once the membership fee is billed, the membership is then non-refundable. Since we didn’t hear from Mrs. [redacted] prior to the monthly renewal date; the membership renewed on 04/06/2015 as there are 31 days in the month of March. Mrs. [redacted] contacted us on 04/07/2015 requesting a cancellation and the auto renewal feature was deactivated. Mrs. [redacted] contacted us again on 04/09/2015 and a full refund was provided in the amount of $3.99 for the membership along with the $2.95 non-refundable service fee billed due to selecting Electronic Checking as the payment method. No further charges will be made to the account and we sincerely apologize for any trouble this may have caused.
