not receive a cancellation request prior to the trial expiration date, the membership fee was billed on 03/18/2015. Our records do show a refund was provided to Mr. [redacted] on 04/10/2015 in the amount of $19.99. The membership is canceled and no further charges will be made to Mr. [redacted]’s account.
