I have found my heating/ cooling company! Air comfort has always been professional, quick to respond and extremely professional. John P was my technician tonight, very professional and fast! I would recommend them to anyone.

We have been a customer of Air Comfort for over 15 years, our latest service was 6/16/2016 with an installation of an air and heating unit. We are satisfied with the service we received. The service technicians were great. They talked with us so we were involved, they were very friendly and courteous, the job site was cleaned up while the job was in progress. we were happy with the work performed.

We have used Air Comfort for 30 years. All of their staff is helpful, dependable and knowledgeable.

Installation of new A/C unit and furnace - team arrived on time, took care to cover all floors and cleaned up after installation. Quality of work was very good and completed ahead of schedule. The whole process from identifying the initial problem to installation completion was handled in a professional and speedy manner

Jason [redacted] of Air Comfort Service did an excellent job of installing a new Carrier furnace. He was professional and efficient. He answered all of my questions completely and was very patient.

Nicole called me & let me know a technician was available and on his way. Andy introduced himself and was able to find the problem in a short time and get my air conditioner running again. I would definitely call on Air Comfort Service, Inc. and Andy O. again, and would highly recommend them.

[redacted] B. The service pro was truly professional. He knows his craft and was extremely friendly. He put a lot of time trouble shooting our problem and solved it. A wireing problem from the original contractor that installed the unit years ago. It was wired for emergency heat in the standard heat mode. His fix should save me hundreds of dollars every year.

Great service. Even called when he drove in to ask if anyone would be leaving the house, so he wouldn't block the garage.

We have a contract with Air Comfort Service, Inc and was visited today by [redacted], HVAC Technician. Service was great and beyond expectations. I very much appreciated the time and consideration he provided to the Foundation, very thorough, and without unnecessarily interrupting or distracting staff. Great work!

Bob provided our fall furnace/humidifier service in a timely fashion. He explained how to monitor the proper function of the humidifier with our electric furnace and did not make any unnecessary part (filter) replacement. Service was prompt and courteous. Office staff assisted with scheduling on my limited time table. A very nice experience all in all.

The technician, Andy, provided excellent service. Took care of our immediate issue--faulty thermostat. Checked with the office to determine if it was still under warranty. Unfortunately it had been too long. Gave me my options re: replacements. Installed, reprogrammed in just a few minutes. Changed our filter. I appreciate his thoroughness and expertise.

I have dealt with Air Comfort for a very long time and have always had a good experience. They maintain my furnace and air conditioner and explain what they are doing and why as they do the check-ups. This last visit, the furnace was blowing out the pilot light on my water heater and John P. immediately knew the ventilation was compromised when I had my roof re-shingled and climbed on the roof to fix the problem and likely saved me from carbon monoxide poisoning. In essence he cleaned the furnace, made sure everything was working properly and saved my life in the process. I was happy with their service before, but this visit showed they really are checking everything!

Callled them for my A/C, they came same day. Kept me informed throughout the entire process, very professional.

John has been servicing our Furnace and Air since we moved in to Hawk Ridge. He has always been prompt and courteous. Has always informed us on what to expect and if we had any components that may cause problems.
We asked for a dollar figure on a new Funace and Air Conditioner, which he gave us approximate dollars on main grade and upgrades. He also said he could help in a new Water Heater installation.
He is who we trust.

Have used this company since the late nineties in two homes--1 furnace,
2 air conditioners, 1 humidifier. Great service and products. Good reports
about the company from the inspector also.

Arrived on time and did a very professional job. Explained to me everything that was being done.
