I would give them zero stars if I couldUnfortunately, I had to use them because of my warranty companyThe gentleman that showed up initially stated that it was only my thermostat that needed to be replaced, he stated he could get everything to work from the unit itself, so it has to be the thermostatHe replaced it and then went back on top of the roofminutes later he returned with paperwork, I asked for him to start it up to ensure it worked before he left, he then stated it will not work as there are other issuesHe explained that the refrigerant seal had a leak and there was nothing in itSo they will need to replace the valve and fill it up with 9lbs of RHe stated the home warranty Co.only covers $10lb, which I knewHe then proceeded to tell me that they were going to charge me $130lbRidiculous!!!! Other companies only charge $90lb(I called separate companies to verify the price) I asked him to just replace the valve and I would have someone else fill up the R22, I figured at least I can get my valve covered under my home warranty, he refused, stating it is their company policy that they will not repair anything unless I buy my Rfrom them THEY ARE PRICE GOUGING!!!!!!! I would rather pay more money out of pocket for an ethical company to fix my heatpump, than deal with Air CommandBEWARE, DO NOT USE THEM!! I will also be reporting them to the HW Coas well

Think twice before you hire this company, I had a horrible experience with this company, yesterday they send me some Anthony technician, after minutes of diagnosticians he informed me that I need to spend $on a new unit or $2,to fix it, after bringing a second opinion to my Air condition unit, I found out that nothing was wrong with my compressor or anything in the air condition inside the house or out in the unit, it was just a loose wire inside the air condition unitI do not trust this company whatsoever and I do not recommend itI’m glad I did not listen to their advice and waste my money because my air condition is working properly and the house is cold

Air command service is top notch with honest pricingTimeliness was spot on with minute pre-arrival notificationThe technician is a military grade professional which you just don?t get anymoreHe shared his knowledge and provides honesty and care for the customerAir command is only choice for my AC needs

Ms *** work order was denied thru her warranty company. She was offered a quote for Air Command to come out and try to repair her problem. She refused our price quote. Air Command has done nothing wrong in this situation

I am filing this complaint to get back a refund of $for a so called maintenance cleaning I was forced to pay for in order to have my blower motor replaced which included the squirrel cage and coils to be cleaned and $service fee for the last time they came to look at my unitNot only were the not cleaned correctly I have a picture taken of the coils weeks after the cleaning and two witnesses from another company to back meFor weeks my AC has not worked correctly which started on the 8th of april where the owner came out tested parts and left within a half hour never once mentioning this cleaning or testing anything else or even going to the roof unitThen a week went by waiting for parts and they claimed to have cleans the coils without testing for damage or leaks and still didn't find the issue of exposed wires again never going to the roof unit before testing the parts to see if they were actually brokenWeek went by and my coils were freezing over with ice after

Very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable! Great service!

I called the office to try and discuss the refund
I am requestingAfter being told non-sense I immediately decided my best route was just to continue with the Revdex.comThe warranty company infact sent out a different company, as stated in my complaint, and the issue of the leak was found and correctly fixedMy original complaint stands

James and Keith from Air Command Heating and Cooling came out to service my three air conditioners through a contract with *** *** ***, a home warranty plan for appliances We pay a monthly fee of $and a $service fee each time a vendor comes to our home
Air Command came out to my home on June 7th, They never came inside or looked at any of the air handlersThey injected freon in each unit and left us with a bill for $1,490, so our total was $1, Less than one month later, we called them back out because one unit was heaving and we noticed more frost forming on an outside pipe James returned on 7/and reported to AHS that he found no maintenance problemsHe told us our year old units needed to be replaced but ***  would not replace them until nothing else could be bandaided On 7/29, Dean came out from Air Command because now we had a huge bubble in our upstairs ceiling and there was water pouring out of that area! We were emptying a gallon bucket twice a day! Finally, someone "kinda" looked at the air handler in the attic and he determined the coil needed to be replaced because, as the coil was freezing and defrosting, our condensation pan was overflowing, but there was tight access and we would have to have the ceiling ripped out and provide a larger area for them to get to the unitThat is not covered by them or the warranty company He also told us our units needed to be replace but only reported to AHS that he would replace the coilThey also wanted to charge us another $for more freon!
We ended up using an independent AC company of OUR choice to replace all three units, air handlers and thermostats On top of the costs for the new AC equipment, there ended up being over $4,of damage to our home as a direct result of this leak that Air Command could have totally preventedWe had to have a company come out to demolition the ceiling, remove insulation , dry the area, treat for future mold, repair the entire project, paint and clean our carpet Air Command refused any responsibility for the chaos due to their incompetence in addressing the problem the first two times they came out I would warn everyone to stay away from this companyThey should have known there was a more serious issue and we feel that they certainly should have been responsible for replacing the freon that they put in and leaked because they didn't fix the problem initially It has taken us over months to settle this nightmare with the warranty company (who we FIRED) , get the new ACs installed and repair the damage through our homeowner's insuranceWe had to pay a $1,deductible So, this has been a very expensive lesson in checking on any company coming to your home, even when it is supplied by a 2nd party that you pay for protection and professionalism Stay far away from Air Command, they do not command any respect for their incompetence

I have been using Air Command for many years and cannot recommend them more highlyScheduling is easy and they are always on timeThey even texted me when they were on their way and have a tracker option to see how close they areKeith usually comes to service my home and is always very professionalHe gives me honest advice and does not try to up-sell me into services that are unneededHis service is usually quick and efficientHe always explains details of what is happening with our unit and how it is affecting its performanceHis work ethic is unbeatable and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone

Air Command (AC) installed a new air conditioner for me 8/10/Diagnosed the blower motor going out, according to their technician on 7/27/It is still under warrantyTheir interest however was to charge me $for maintenance, which should not be required on a unit that is less than year oldThey told me to find someone else to do it when I told them to just replace the blower (warranted item) So I called someone else who found the real problem not to be the blower motor but something the previous homeowner had done in the air handler, unbeknownst to me So obviously AC did not check the air handler last August, nor today I felt their interest was to charge me for something unnecessary, rather than deal with the warranty issue They got nothing, even though I had to pay someone else about the same to actually cure the problem

Was referred to this company through the SRP Certified Contractor ProgramI made an appointment for the next day from 2-6pm and asked if they would give me a lead call, they said yes that they would give me a call minutes before they arriveThe next day they called me at 12:50pm and the tech said he was minutes out, I told him the appointment was from 2-6pm and you are an hour early, but if I left work now I could be there in minutes The tech said he would call the office to see what he should doThe office called me back and she said the tech said you couldn’t make the appointment, I told her no that he was an hour earlier than scheduled but if I left work now I could meet him at my house in minutesShe said that would not work and I need to reschedule the appointmentTold her that was not acceptable, I had already scheduled time off work to be home at 2pm for the 4-hour window they give you and what’s to say they don’t pull the same thing to me on the next appointment
I guess they think their time is more important than mine, not to reliable if you ask meIf this is the way they treat a customer for just an appointment, how can you trust the work they doI also contacted SRP to let them know that I was not pleased with the a/c contractor they referred me to

Air Command was called to Mr *** property thru his warranty company AHS. Mr *** gave me (Chris K*** * one of the owner's) a very hard time on the phone during the initial contact from us to schedule. Mrs *** called me back, asking to please give them an appointment and
apologized for her husbands behavior. They were scheduled 6/21/16. They paid their service fee (required by their warranty company) of $75. We replaced a run capacitor, cleared the drain line and added 1.8lbs R-22. Mr *** called in a recall stating that they were still having problems. He gave Ashley (dispatcher) a verbally hard time, she asked him to have his wife call to make the appt. Which she did, the *** were scheduled for service on 6/29/16. Tech found that the unit had high pressure on the suction side, recommend that the condenser coil be cleaned, quoted the h/o $for cleaning. Tech was given approval for cleaning, the tech re-tested the pressure which had dropped, unit was then cooling properly. H/O then refused to pay the $100, that his is talking about in this complaint. Mr *** has been tagged as a do not service for us in our system as well as AHS. We will not service him again for his rude behavior on the phone to the people that are trying to help him get scheduled to service his air conditioning system

I never expected to get a service call the same day I calledBut, I did Service man Kevin came out, called first and arrived promptly
Kevin fixed my problem, checked my unit for and I am good to go
I was very pleased with Air Command promptness, and their service
American Home Shield has a winner with this company

Air Conditioning not working in Arizona is a serious issue
I have tenants in the house
On July 30th they came and could not repair and were paid $for the callThey said they needed to order a part (which I know is a readily available part)They came back days later and still could not fix the problemThey said they would return on Monday August 8th but were a no show (tenant took day off to wait for them)
When I called they said they were booked through Thursday the 11thWhen I complained to the home warranty company they said they would come on Tuesday the 9thAgain a no-show, and the tenant is waiting again and going out of her mindThey then said they would come back Friday the 12th
The tenant was looking for rent deductions and I had no choice but to get another provider who came out the same day

One of our air conditioners stopped working over the weekendAir command came out on monad, late morning, and was able to luckily get the part, and fix the unitThey are always timely in getting out to our home, when we have an issue, and in Arizona that can happen all too often with air conditioning

Waited three days in plus degree heat for them to showWas scheduled for between 1&5pm and had not heard anyone at door and had my phone with me and had no missed calls
degrees on ground floor so I was in basement with fans onCalled owner Miranda who told me that I was not there and would have to call office and make another appointment and that she could not send service tech for another 2-days
We have American Home Shield and they are contracted through this service and we had no alternative but to use this service
Was treated no better than a dog left out in degree heat
They state in their ad that they are Military backgroundI would not treat a brother in arms this way
Unbelievable that these individuals are still in business

I spoke with Ms *** on Wednesday and tried to get her to schedule with Air Command to correct our mistake. She told me no. Hence, my response to the Revdex.com on Wednesday. I received a call from Mr *** Thursday morning, on my way into the office at approximately 8:30am. He informed me that they were willing to allow Air Command back into their home to correct the problemI received another voicemail from Mr *** at about 10am, asking why his wife hadn't heard from us. I had spent the first hour of my day, confirming that the part was still available - since she refused service and I had cancelled the order; moved other scheduled calls to allow Air Command to install the part early Friday morning. I left a message for Ms *** to confirm at ime, a few minutes later I received a call from *** to confirm a time for installMs *** agreed to the appointment time thru the *** representative
Part was installed early Friday morning. There was no cost to the ***'s, as we were correcting our mistake. Ms *** is still requesting a refund. Ms *** paid $in April That cost was broken down as follows: $disposal fee of old coil, $for evacuation (both items not covered under her contract with ***) and $for refrigerant. 10lbs of refrigerant was used, so the cost was $20/lb of refrigerant. The cost of R-is $75/lb and 410-A is $45/lb. Ms *** paid for less than half of the cost per pound of 410-A. Job/repair has been completed and unit is working

Air Command received the work order from *** *** *** (***) on Monday 7/7/at 2:01pm. She was contacted and scheduled for Tuesday 7/8/14. Tech arrived found out that we did make a mistake and had an R-TXV with her coil. A new TXV would need to be ordered and then
installed. *** needed to be contacted to let them know what happened and inform them of the next steps. I have been working on locating the TXV this morning, and then contacted Ms *** to schedule the repair. She is not comfortable with our company doing the repair. Unfortunately, if she will not allow us back into her home, we will not be able to correct our mistake

Air Command (AC) installed a new air conditioner for me 8/10/ Apparently the blower is going out, according to their technician It is still under warranty They refuse to replace the blower unless I pay them $for maintenance, which should not be required on a unit that is less than year old They told me to find someone else to do it when I told them to just replace the blower (warranted item)

I filed a claim with my home warranty and thanks to Revdex.com reviews I knew what to watch for, The first tech diagnosed the problem, reported to the warranty company and got authorization to replace a couple of switches The second tech installed one switch, not two, then told me that I needed to replace my Freon as it was old I immediately called a friend who has been in the biz his entire adult life, never heard of Freon needing to be replaced I searched the internet, found the same answers The "master tech" was merelyss trying to make a bunch of money off of me for nothing! Turns out the self proclaimed master tech is the owner of Air Command!
