[redacted] arrived as scheduled. He did an excellent job answering any questions I had about the furnace checkup. He explained what items on my furnace could be replaced. He wore protective boots and was respectful of our property. Working with [redacted] was a pleasant experience.

Scheduled an appointment for an AC system check. [redacted] was the responding tech. [redacted] is knowledgeable and personable as well. He checked my system, which is 22 years old, and advised me what I could do to extend it's service life.

Very courteous and cleaned up his work area when done.
