Tale came out to do a tuand inspection of our furnace He was extremely polite, friendly, and professional After he completed his inspection, he took time to clearly go through everything he inspected, gave us recommendations, and provided us with valuable information regarding our unit as well as services provided by Aksarben ARS Overall, he did an excellent job, and we will definitely be returning customers!

on *** I had ARS Aksarben come out to do service on my furnace and power humidifier, all components were given a clean bill of health
The repair man changed the humidifier filter and then left, but when he left the humidifier was leaking water I did not go into the room for two days, so I did not catch the issue until Monday *** I called Aksarben and they came right out but could not fix the issueThe I was given a piece of paper of what the repairs would cost me I called the company but all they said they could do is discount the repairs I believe they broke it they should fix it free

Just wanted everyone to know that *** was our Technician from Aksarben/ARSHe showed up on time, put on shoe covers, introduced himself and went right to work cleaning and inspecting our furnace and ACMy wife and I were very impressed with the service from start to finishI highly recommend this company and its employee
