This is the first time I have used Aksarben and have ordered a new unit so gave the company an because I have more experience with this company in my future!

ARS aksarben service technician, ***, was one of the most polite, nicest persons I have ever had in my home He was efficient, explained everything concisely and was very competent

I have used Aksarben ARS for the better part of years for everything from basic HVAC monitoring to plumbing repairs needed because of hard water damage to installing a water softener and then moving the softener to a new houseThe one time we decided to use someone else, we had Aksarben ARS come out and re-fix the issue

My family has used Aksarben for a very long time In this case, their HVAC specialist *** came to my home to deal with a problem with my heat pump He came late in the day since I work until 5:& stayed until he had everything repaired & working properly He, along with his supervisor, came up with an alternate solution to the problem that he was finally able to diagnose that sidepassed the need to do major work in my basement & ended up being less expensive than the original diagnosis - which turned out to be incorrect anyway I am very grateful for the hard work he did & for his consideration of my situation

Pleat spacers for *** should be covered by 'lifetime' warranty
Purchased *** from aksarben/ars in ***, invoice *** Purchase agreement states that the unit has a 'lifetime' warranty The pleat spacers broke and I have been using the unit with taped pleat spacers Called today *** spoke to *** (sp) she stated she could not find the original paperwork but that the service manager stated that the spacers were disposable and would not be covered under the warranty The filter is disposable, the spacers are part of the unit and it would not work without them
